He taught my daughter how to parallel park in 15 minutes! Mr. Chuck also takes his students throughout all the DMV drive test routes, so once they get to their actual test, they have some basic familiarity with their route. I highly recommend Mr. Chuck... we appreciate how well he taught our daughter so much, my husband dubbed him, "Dr. Chuck." Mr. Chuck also teaches Driver's Ed in Carson City, and I only wish we had known this before my daughter took the online course. If there were a score higher than five stars... thank you, Mr. Chuck! I had the misfortune of going through his program in 2024 and it was the worst experience ever. He doesn't teach you anything of importance, rather reads off the book for hours on end and shows you straight up gore, which I understand to scare young drivers to be safe and cautious, but I fear the message was lost. He would throw fits over every little thing, harass students and call police on them over minor things. God forbid you doodle (which for some reason he hates), or you glance at your phone, but he would have his loud ringtone "TNT" blaring every five seconds, and now I literally feel dread and misery anytime I hear that song now. If you love your kid, you won't put them through this. I'm pretty sure he's banned from teaching in my town because of his crazy freak out during my class where he screamed at us, and made students so afraid and upset they called their parents and who came in to sit in, along with the owner of the building to make sure he wasn't still being crazy. I can't believe he's still teaching out there somewhere.

Not only is it legitimate, but the lessons were extremely helpful. Paul was an excellent, kind, and professional instructor (he works for Steve, the owner of the company). One thing I would like to see: confirmation receipts in the email, as well as text alerts for driving lessons. That being said: they will call when they arrive. The car is superior to most other driving schools' cars in Reno (it's a Suburu Outback with all the safety features). It has active warning systems, is probably better in the event of an emergency crash (hopefully doesn't happen), and is comfortable. I'd recommend these people strongly. Oh, and they'll actually pick up their phone after 4pm. That's a nice touch - which is why I went with them, versus their competitor who lied on their website and said they were open until five.
