She explained the process to me and even found ways for me to save money if I was willing to take a few steps on my own ahead of time. The training facility is in Carson City. I attended the school for three days a week, (Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays,) and was able to complete my 100 to 120 hours in a little over a month. it was very helpful that I could make a custom training schedule to suit my Individual needs since I worked on the other weekdays while attending this program. I thought the instructors were very knowledgeable, easy-going, and willing to help each individual out to make sure you were gaining the necessary skills required for getting a CDL. I'm happy to say I am now a legal Class A Nevada license holder even had a job before I finished the program. I was also able to obtain my hazmat, doubles and triples, and tank endorsements through the DMV. So when I took my final test, I was ready to go out and work with as much eligibility as possible. I would also like to add that during the job search the 160 driving academy is very well-known and looked favorably upon from your new potential employers. And when I went to try to talk to somebody, they refuse to talk to me they only wanted to text. This seems extremely fishy. I did talk with Diane about a week and a half before this on a different matter and she was helpful but after that, nobody wanted to really help and they refused to call me. I also went to their business address listed, and it is an empty building with no office and no signage. If I get a call back and this gets fixed satisfactory, I will upgrade this review to reflect their resolution. It is not about the $25 extra. It's about the principal. They did not say they would remove the charge. The gal said she would send a ticket for a possible refund. And I did not make a second purchase in error. I only made one purchase.
