And when I went to try to talk to somebody, they refuse to talk to me they only wanted to text. This seems extremely fishy. I did talk with Diane about a week and a half before this on a different matter and she was helpful but after that, nobody wanted to really help and they refused to call me. I also went to their business address listed, and it is an empty building with no office and no signage. If I get a call back and this gets fixed satisfactory, I will upgrade this review to reflect their resolution. It is not about the $25 extra. It's about the principal. They did not say they would remove the charge. The gal said she would send a ticket for a possible refund. And I did not make a second purchase in error. I only made one purchase. My biggest pet peeve was them refusing to talk to me on the phone to discuss it, which is deeply concerning. She explained the process to me and even found ways for me to save money if I was willing to take a few steps on my own ahead of time. The training facility is in Carson City. I attended the school for three days a week, (Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays,) and was able to complete my 100 to 120 hours in a little over a month. it was very helpful that I could make a custom training schedule to suit my Individual needs since I worked on the other weekdays while attending this program. I thought the instructors were very knowledgeable, easy-going, and willing to help each individual out to make sure you were gaining the necessary skills required for getting a CDL. I'm happy to say I am now a legal Class A Nevada license holder even had a job before I finished the program. I was also able to obtain my hazmat, doubles and triples, and tank endorsements through the DMV. So when I took my final test, I was ready to go out and work with as much eligibility as possible. I would also like to add that during the job search the 160 driving academy is very well-known and looked favorably upon from your new potential employers. The website has no form of instant feedback if you have a problem or if there is a glitch on either your side of the websites. You are forced to call a number direct (I believe it is just the owners personal number). He may take up to 24 hours to call you back and then refuses to fix the problem medianly. He also referred to me as honey as well as other informal and borderline condescending names. You would be better off to take Drivers Education with another business. Due to a glitch and their lack response my child had to reschedule their drivers test.
