Her classes are a good level of difficulty for beginners and I see myself improving and getting stronger each week. I look forward to seeing how my body transforms over the months ahead. I also go to Camryn's class every other week, and she's great as well!

Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, and the owner was absolutely AMAZING to work with - so kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making the night special. When we arrived, the studio was spotless. Clean, bright, and welcoming. They let us come in early to set up balloons and party favors, which made everything feel personalized and festive. They even had small welcome gifts for each guest (such a thoughtful touch!), plus a tote bag and special gift for the birthday girl. It truly felt elevated and intentional. The class itself was 10/10. It was challenging enough for the girls who are experienced, but paced perfectly so beginners felt comfortable and successful. The instructor struck the perfect balance - encouraging, clear, and motivating. They even let us send a playlist ahead of time, which made it feel even more personal and fun. They also let us stay after for pictures, which meant a lot. If you're thinking about hosting a private event or trying out a class here - do it.

I went out of my way to try this class and had a really disappointing experience. I drove 80…read moreminutes in rush hour traffic from Santa Monica, only to arrive 5 minutes late. Two contract workers let me into the studio, but the instructor, Keana, refused to let me participate. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency--she initially told me I could join, then immediately changed her mind and said I couldn't. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to accommodate--even after I explained how far I had traveled. The most frustrating part? There were only two people in the class. It wasn't crowded, I wasn't disruptive, and there was absolutely room for me to join. It felt unreasonable to enforce a strict late policy in that context, especially when I had already paid for the class. I understand having policies, but there should be room for basic judgment and customer consideration--especially in situations like this. Turning away a paying customer when the class is nearly empty just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, ClassPass refunded me, but the experience left a bad impression. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this studio based on how this was handled.

I've been seeing this on class pass and it has always looked very intimidating to me just because…read morelagree itself is already hard then running is already hard so them together is crazy. I will say having to run on a manual tread is scary af esp when the instructor tells you to do a 10 second sprint and you're just trying your best not to run so fast that you fall on your back and hurt yourself. The 10 minutes on the tread just trying to figure out how to balance yourself while running mentally and physically goes by SO QUICK. The trick is to pick your legs up, move your arms, and lean back... it's counterintuitive but I found those tips helped me with my anxiety about falling off. The reformer/lagree/pilates portion of class is amazing. You absolutely feel the burn in your core, legs and arms. I could see my small twitch muscle fibers moving with every movement. The key is to go slow so you don't have to reset so much but man this is intense but amazing. This is not easy. I would honestly recommend taking a lagree class before doing this but if you're up for a challenge this is legit. I only love workouts where it's worth it like you know you've worked out your body. Also the people are so friendly, helpful, and supportive.
