Additionally, for four days straight he just did not respond to any messages. I sent him 5 text messages rover a four day span with no response as I simply was requesting pay information and how to continue on with this order as he did not seem to want to do this business but did not say so until I called him this afternoon. It's very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place as simply responding to a customer seems to be so difficult. Lack of communication is definitely a huge factor into this review.

I was attempting to make plaques in honor of my diseased husband and they acted as if my mere $20 order was not worthy of fulfilling the order by the time they said it would be ready. When I said I needed it by the time promised she began yelling at me telling me they had other orders that came first. When a business is confrontational and makes you feel threatened it's concerning to say the least. I realize it's the holidays but there's no excuse no matter how busy you might be. And if there is any question to my motives or truth merely look at the owners/slash employees review of the other similar claim to rudeness and abuse on google reviews and even on responses on yelp. Very disrespectful aggressive and unprofessional. Unprofessional to say the absolute least. It's all the proof I need. Should have read reviews and business response first. Let's see the owners lip of a response and prove me right. It's not the way to earn customers for sure. This is nothing against them as people just merely to the business and it unprofessional conduct. Update response- exactly my point rude unprofessional and completely bad business. You make it personal and disrespectful. Just like I said. Thanks for proving my point on your childishness. Definitely find elsewhere to do professional business with adults.

This company is the worst to deal with! I had some items encased. I received an invoice on June…read more20, 2024, which included a $35 credit card fee. Since Robert (owner) included it in the invoice with no option to pay with an alternative payment, I said OK, I will pay with my credit card and at least get points on my credit card. I made payment immediately on the June 20th. The invoice said the encasement will be mailed 10-13 days from payment. Prior to receiving the invoice, Robert told me my encasement was done, but the engraver made a mistake on the engraving and he wanted him to redo it, which I was happy with, since I was spending a lot of money on this encasement. A couple days after I made my payment, I received an email from Robert asking if I could make my payment through Zelle (I'm guessing because of less fees to the business), but not wanting to refund me any of the $35 credit card fee he charged me. I sent him a copy of my bank statement that showed I already made my payment on June 20th. I called Robert on July 1st and asked if he could send me a photo before he ships, which he did and he said it will ship out by UPS on July 2nd and should take one day for delivery. I received an email on July 2nd from UPS that the label was created and will be delivered on July 3rd. I waited all day July 3rd and no delivery. I was a little upset but understood the holiday was the next day. I figured it would ship out on July 5th with a delivery date of the 6th. July 6th came and went with no delivery. I checked UPS app and it still said only a label was created. I called Robert on Monday, July 8th and asked about the shipping of my encasement. He came up with excuses and guaranteed that my encasement will go out today. Update: I just received an email from UPS that they have received my package and should be delivered tomorrow.
