I needed a special trophy made for my friend who got 2 eagles in a single round of golf -- a crazy accomplishment for amateurs like us. Patricia worked with me to come up with several different ideas for how to make it work. She had several different types of bases on hand and we tried them all to come up with the best looking trophy. I'll definitely come here again. read more

Ghosted!? Had good communication, sent photo, told they can replicate trophy, and then sent details by email. Two weeks later I texted to check status, "Can complete it this weekend, I'll contact you." Texted a week later and NO RESPONSE. Sent email, NO RESPONSE!? Texted again, NO RESPONSE!? Maybe a family emergency, maybe on vacation for a month+, but at least say, "Can't fulfill your order." Terrible customer service read more

Great spot. Super nice woman running the show. Quick. Efficient. Helpful. Going back here again when the time comes.

Service, Service, Service! My business had an event coming up and we needed a bunch of trophies relatively quick. Tisha made the process simple and pain-free. I had to make a couple last minute spelling corrections and needed an extra trophy, but she took care of it without a problem. At pickup, I noticed one of the lines was off for a few of the trophies, but Tisha quickly fixed the issue within 15 minutes. You can't get that from an online store! Speaking of which, the prices are super competitive and nothing beats supporting a local business in our backyard. Will definitely repeat for our next event! read more

I really don't do reviews, even for favorite hair stylists or restaurants but this Tisha really worked her magic for me. I needed one single trophy and she was able to customize it perfectly and was quick. Good prices and Tisha was really helpful. read more

SAME DAY SOCCER TROPHIES! Im super impressed with this place! I've been coaching soccer through Covid and AYSO just told us they weren't giving out trophies this year. I was so bummed I decided to by both of my teams trophies. Our season ends this weekend so I really didn't think I could get them in time but the owner here got back to me bright and early today and said she could have 16 trophies engraved and ready for pick up in 3 hours! I was so excited! The price was also great! I'd definitely recommend this place! read more

Tisha was excellent! I came to her with a last minute personalization on a gift, and she was super accommodating. She even mentioned that part of my request ended up almost seeming impossible but she was able to pull it off with some TLC! I'm very thankful for their attention to detail and quality of work! I'll be back for any other personalization needs. read more

My experience with Tisha yesterday was about as good as it gets with companies these days. We were definitely under-the-gun and needed about a dozen last minute trophies. Tisha, checked her existing stock and did a SAME DAY turn around for us! It was simply amazing, the pricing was beyond reasonable, everything was perfect and the day was saved!!! At first, you may quickly dismiss this little place, tucked away in the corner of it's office/industrial park -- My advise is that this would be a huge mistake on your part. No matter what size job you have; large or small -- You need to hit up USA Trophy and see the results for yourself. read more

I got off work and had a last minute call to get a trophy for tonight's event. Tisha was extremely helpful with 1 helping me find the store itself, 2 helping find the trophy for tonight's event, and 3 was just being overall a joy to be around. She was friendly from the moment I called and to my visit. Awesome place and great people much appreciated, mahalo! read more

Ordered trophies 3 days before the event and got it done with USA trophy. Would love to continue this relationship for years to come.

USA Trophy is hands-down the best shop around. Tisha makes the seemingly impossible time lines possible. Time and again she has come through. I recommend her to everyone I know. 5 stars for sure! read more

It was 4 pm on Tuesday and I needed 11 small plaques engraved by 11 am the next day. Tisha stayed late to get it done and didn't add rush charges. I'll be back! read more

Worst experience ever! Originally ordered a week in advance (Wednesday before) to make sure we would meet deadline. Tisha confirmed all is good with timeframe. I sent over order on Friday with detail wording. Called on Tuesday to make sure we were on track for pick up tomorrow as i had not received proofs. She gasped and stated she had next Wednesday. I said ok...then she stated that she would make order in time, i just needed to approve proofs. So i did on Wednesday. She asked for more time. I said ok my event is Thursday but i absolutely need them by 10am. She was so grateful for extra time and said no problem, will be done by 10am. This morning she calls me at 10am to say they will be ready by 11am (my event is at 2pm). Then as i am driving over she calls at 11:20am saying she has a problem. She didn't receive the glass awards in time and then tried to blame it on UPS. Shame on you for leading me on and saying it could be done!!! I called Tustin Trophy and they had glass awards in stock and are making within an hour. I had to pay extra for rush. Would not recommend this company unless you have a month lead time. read more

I went to many trophy places to find the best 3ft trophy for the price and this is by far the best place! Not only were they extremely fast, but worth every penny. Great customer service, I will be back! read more

I can't say enough about the personalized service I received by Tisha. She greeted me with a welcome smile and helped me design 2 trophy bases. She has a large selection of bases to choose from and I was able to get a much nicer base than I anticipated, still within my budget! Although my job is relatively small, she spent a lot of time with me showing me the different options of bases, plaques and designs. The ultimate result is a a product much nicer and more detailed, that popped than what I was envisioning. Her experience made it easy to make decisions & I got more than I expected! The store has extensive inventory and examples of plaques, bases, wall placards, sports/animal/ business trophy's & acrylic trophy's. I will definitely go back to USA Trophy for my future trophy and special occasion items. read more

USA Trophy was amazing! Our company wanted to do something nice for our employees, and Tisha came through! Tisha did an excellent job mounting my 4 Gold Medals and plaques in my 11'x17" shadow box. The end project turned out fantastic.

Look NO FURTHER if you need trophies or awards of any kind for any reason at all. USA Trophies is the place to go!!! I walked into the store today as a first time customer hoping for some help but not really expecting that I would be leaving with what I needed. Boy, was I wrong! I needed three trophy awards for an event happening tomorrow. Tisha, the owner, was there with a smile and was so eager to help me find just the perfect thing I needed. She assured me she could help me, and after choosing what I needed, said she would put them together ON THE SPOT while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back to pick them up! She worked fast and my trophies are better than I ever expected them to be! People, you don't get this kind of first-rate service everywhere. But, you WILL get it here. Along with a smile, kindness, professional serviceand great prices! I will definitely be back for any award need I may have for my business in the future! read more

Very fast and friendly service. I brought in a small soccer trophy that my 5 year old granddaughter had dropped and broken. Tisha took time to repair it while I waited. USA Trophy did a wonderful job engraving some plaques for trophies I had brought in -- when I took them in, the owner suggested she swap out the cheap plastic plaques for brass ones of better quality and she did not upcharge me for the brass (which she had to cut to match the existing size). She also was able to provide them ahead of schedule and include a small design on the plaques, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Tisha! I will be back! read more
