A couple weeks ago when I called wondering what was going on, she told me "this Friday" but I still gave it another week plus. In the past 6 weeks, I never received a call or a text that they didn't know what to put on it even though when I originally walked in, her and I wrote everything down plus my phone number. I have been on twice...thrice(pickup) now and called once. Unbelievably poor service and when I said I will just find someone else, the man didn't even care or offer to still do it for free or at least a discount. It wasn't clear that my email had been read and understood. When I didn't receive the proofs after several days, I followed up and was told that I would receive them the next day. I did and they were fantastic. The end result was great.
