Damion and his team did a great job with our windows! They were very courteous, well mannered and cleaned up after themselves once done. We were referred Damion's services by someone in the neighborhood and glad we went with them -- our windows and the screens were in need of cleaning and I couldn't believe how clean they looked afterwards. Will work with Damion again next time! read more

OUTSTANDING as always and again HIGHLY recommended! We had Damian clean the windows in our previous house a few years ago. We have since moved and it was way past due for the windows and solar panels in our newer house to be cleaned. His business is much more in demand and deservedly so! We booked the soonest we could which was a month out, but it was definitely worth the wait. Our windows and solar panels (which he took before and after pics for us) look AMAZING! You really get the high award-winning quality and service that you pay for. GREAT attention to fine detail- windows are all immaculate, tracks cleaned out, and everything was spotless. Damian now has a crew with him (no longer a 1-man job!)- he and his crew are all first rate and A+. I wanted to tip him a little more, but unfortunately we didn't budget properly so I'm instead writing this review (which I don't really do much anymore). The windows and screens in our 5-year old house were much dirtier than expected, which now in retrospect makes sense since it's the first time they've ever been cleaned and there have been several tons of new houses built around us in the past 5 years kicking up a lot of dust. We definitely now intend to have our windows cleaned professionally more regularly and will work window cleaning into our annual expense budget. We definitely will be contacting Damian with Award Window Cleaning again!!! read more

Use this company and don't even waste your time with others getting bids and other nonsense. This is my second time using them in a span of a few years. This is coming from an OCD, ADHD Perfectionist. They came and finished the exterior in less than three hours. My house is a big piece of glass, so I am impressed. This is after I had to reschedule twice due to the rain this week, so today is the third appointment with me they accommodated. They worked with me so professionally to accommodate me in every way. We just found out we are relocating so turning the house around in two weeks is very hard, so thank you Award for helping me out AGAIN! I truly appreciate you guys and have already referred you to four people including my agent. Until we meet again when we return in a few years... read more

50+ windows and a days notice. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I was having my window screens replaced and the gentlemen who I was working with (Albert - owner of Screenworks) and asked for a recommendation on a window cleaning company. Albert recommended Damian and team. I called Damian and they were able to come out the next day (becasue of a cancellation). AJ and Gabriel showed up prompt and were able to knock out 50 windows inside out in about 6 hours. AJ and Gabe were very friendly and took great COVID precautions. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks folks! read more

It was time, well, way past time, to get my windows cleaned so after a little Yelp research I contacted Award Window Cleaning for a Saturday cleaning. Damion and his colleague AJ came to my house to clean my filthy 17 windows and two sliders and did a great job. In the seven years I have owned this house it has never been so bright in here! I will definitely contact AWC the next time I need my windows done. Here are the highlights: - Easy to schedule - Arrived on time - Friendly and personable - Uniform shirt made for a professional appearance - Got to work immediately and was efficient - Cleaned the tracks, screens and windows - inside and out - No issues with getting to my picture window high up in my staircase - Fair prices I was so pleased with Damion that I also gave him a little "follow on" work - Repair one screen and make a screen for one that is missing. Also, I am hoping he can pressure wash my patio too! Congrats to AWC for getting five stars from this Elite Yelper - over 500 reviews and only 14% of them have earned five stars! read more

AJ, John, and Nelton were amazing. These guys are hard workers and do a fantastic job for me. I would definitely use them again.

Lemme tell ya, Windex has got nothin' on these guys! HA! I never knew windows could look so amazingly clear. They were available on my timeline, efficient and cost effective. They have also power washed my hardscape making the concrete look a heck of a lot cleaner than it looked when all I saw was dirty dog paws on it. :) Use these guys. No reason to shop around. read more

OMG! these guys are amazing! Reality check, I'm in the Real Estate home management business so I deal with a lot of vendors for home needs. Worked diligently for the entire project. 3. Very respectful and clean 4. Sparkeling clean windows and a happy ending. It was a wonderful experience! read more

AWC was by today, done in about an hour. I think this says it all: Me: Windows look great! Are you going to put the screens back up? AWC: They are up...they're just clean now! CRAZY. The windows and screens were so clean, I couldn't tell if the screens were up or not or if the windows were open or closed! Good job, guys! read more

Woohoo....my windows are spanky sparkly clean!! Damion, Aaron did an awesome making them look amazing!! They were so respectful of my home, and careful and meticulous. I am an "A" type and they far exceeded all my expectations! Don't look anywhere else, they are the best!! Thank you!! Dana read more

I haven't had our windows professionally cleaned in 10 years, and omg did these guys do a great job! Screens, tracks, inside and out with a crew of four polite, cute, dog-friendly guys. Aaron and crew were so accommodating: they moved furniture inside and plants outside as part of their normal charge. They did my skylight for an additional $10, and I paid extra to power wash the courtyard tiles and stucco in back. Best of all, they were reasonably priced, came on time, called to confirm, and left my house sparkling. A+ , gentlemen!! read more

You know when your windows are in need of a cleaning when your husband notices the dust and spiderwebs that have taken over our once clean windows and mentions we should probably get them cleaned! Seriously - and he doesn't notice ANYTHING. EVER. Sure, it works out for me some of the time, I'm not gonna lie, but when something needs to be cleaned - it's great for him to notice and then even take care of it himself!! Woohoo!! *** Ok, back to my review..... These guys are great - are very careful with moving around your house and pulling out all the screens, dusting all the ledges around the super high windows. They even washed the mirrors so the puppy-nose smudges are gonzo! I highly recommend. Super easy to schedule - good availability to schedule the appt quickly (because let's be honest, we all wait until to get the windows cleaned until it's really driving us nuts and should have been done over a month ago). I'm guessing we'll be calling them in another 10 months or so to come back... we won't hire any one else. read more

These guys are awesome! We had decided to wait until the constant construction around our house was done before bothering to have our windows done. Needless to say, after 8 years of our neighbors building, they were filthy inside and out. Damien called me back right away then came by and offered a reasonable bid to do the whole two-story house, including big the glass panels around our deck and three skylights. He came back a few days later with his crew and they spent about 3 1/2 hours scrubbing everything including the screens, tracks and trim. I never imagined it was possible to get these windows so clean. For a minute I thought some of our screens were missing until I realized I was looking right through them! These guys were prompt, polite, respectful of our home and thorough. I am actually looking forward to having my windows done again, and I won't wait so long next time because it's really affordable and sooo worth it. Highly HIGHLY recommended! read more

On Friday these guys came around to clean the interior and exterior of our windows. They were super polite, super efficient and left our windows looking absolutely stunning. As an added surprise, they even cleaned our shower door and made it spotless as well as cleaning our front door. We will definitely be invited them back in a few months. Highly recommended. read more

Great Job! thorough and reliable

Damion and Award Window Cleaning is the BEST!!!! I called at the last minute in a panic wanting to get an entire home's windows sparkling for a professional photoshoot 2 days later. Damion came highly recommended and he absolutely lived up to the recommendation. I called him because I knew I wanted at least two three story windows cleaned ASAP. There were huge spider webs and paint drips left over from the last time the painters were on site. He calmly confirmed my appointment the day before as well as the exact arrival time the morning of and it was all perfect. He and his crew of professionals came as scheduled and 2.5 hours later all the windows looked like they were open they were so clean, the window sills looked immaculate and of course the mirrors just shined. He finished exactly on schedule as the photographer drove up the driveway. All I can say is Wow. His customer service and professionalism is second to none. If there were 10 stars, he would have earned all 10. read more

The Award Window Cleaning team is the best! One of the most professional crews we've dealt with over the last 14 months during our remodel. Needless to say our windows had 14 months of construction dust, paint over spray, etc. The team showed up on time, explained the process and executed with flawless precision the best window cleaning we've ever had. It's 2018 and Award Window Cleaning is still doing a fantastic job for us! I am a business owner, however, my business does not do professional window cleaning, so I send my client's to Damion (owner.) I tried referring window cleanings to many other companies before them and they really were terrible at responding. I do not have to worry about this with Damion, they're highly professional and always get back to my clients ASAP. Their rates are reasonable and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend! read more

Damion, AJ, and crew are very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable window cleaning service. I love these guys! I've had Award Window Cleaning in my home a few times now to clean my windows and they are the best! The business is owned by two brothers and I dealt with Damian today. First, when I called to book an appointment, Damian called back right away and was able to fit me in within a few days. Damian and his crew were polite, professional and respectful of my home. They showed up on time (in fact, about 10 minutes early), wore booties, and put towels down so they wouldn't drip on or dirty my floor. The windows look amazing and the value of the service for the price paid was definitely worth it. It's spring cleaning time so don't hesitate to call these guys to clean your windows and give your home a fresh clean look to enjoy the spring and summer months that are coming. Thank you Damian, I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come! read more

Aaron and Damion do a fantastic job. They are on time, very tidy, thorough, trust worthy and reasonably priced. They have been cleaning my windows in my 2 story home for years and I don't use anyone but them. When they leave, your windows and screens are sparkling clean, all the furniture is moved back to its original place, and they leave absolutely no mess. You can't find a better window cleaner and I recommend them to anyone looking for polite, honest, hard working people. They do a fantastic job in a timely manner. read more

They didn't just wash the windows. They scraped paint over-spray from the exterior of the windows and kept rewashing that window until it was clean. The lower channel that loves to collect dust and grime is as clean as its been in years. I was charged $125 for all the windows in a 1000 sqft condo. I would not have hesitated to pay twice that amount. I'll hire them again. read more

I really wish all business operated as professionally and customer service oriented as Award Window Cleaning! I've had the pleasure of hiring them multiple times for my property listings before they go on the market. Every time, they go above and beyond. Windows sparkle, tracks clean, screens clean... If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! :-) read more

If you're trying to choose a window cleaning service you can rest assured that Award Window Cleaning is an excellent choice. Their price was substantially lower than two other quotes I received so I was a little apprehensive at first. I had read many positive customer reviews and met with Damion for the initial quote. I've used professional window cleaning services in the past on several other properties so I'd say I have a good idea of what to expect from a provider and I feel like I know what an constitutes an A+ window service. My normal provider for window cleaning services was booked up for months and so I had to go looking for another company that could get our job done before we have guests arrive next week. I originally contacted Damion at Award Window Cleaning and emailed him some pictures of the potential job. He emailed me back that evening and scheduled to meet me the following day. After estimating the job he sent me an estimate in writing. We scheduled a date for the job the following week. When they showed up they were on time. In fact I was late meeting them at the property and they had already started on the outside. His crew of 3 were courteous and fast. I noticed that they took their shoes off when inside on the carpet. Not a big deal to me, but I know many would appreciate such thoughtfulness. As they were finishing up the job, I went around to check everything out and honestly it was perfect. Every track had been cleaned out, every screen had been removed and washed, and all the windows were streak and spot free. We have quite a few windows, so I found it hard to believe that I couldn't find one imperfection but that's the fact of the matter. It's obvious that this is their profession and all of the guys take it seriously. If you're debating who to choose as your window cleaning company you can feel confident selecting the team at Award Window Cleaning. They provide an excellent service, they're professional and courteous and their prices are very competitive. read more

This review is way over due. These guys have been doing my windows for about two years. Sometimes I have them do interior and exterior other times exterior only. I can't say enough great things about them. I've worked with Aaron mostly but today Damien showed up with a crew of six, I think!. It was hard to count them all. LOL. They are quick, efficient, courteous and have excellent phone skills! I feel like so many people these days lack phone etiquette and courtesy. And I just found out today that they also do screen repair and frame replacement. I have a follow up appointment for next week to get my screens repaired. Give them a call, you will not go wrong with Award Window Cleaning. They are awesome! read more

Excellent work. I picked them based on their Yelp reviews and they met their 5 star rating. They just got done with the following services for us: power wash stucco, clean rain gutters, power wash patio, and clean windows/screens. They took care to pick up the patio furniture instead of drag it across the concrete. The windows and screens are spotless. All of the guys were polite and personable which I really liked. I was also really pleasantly surprised when I saw them wearing booties when walking on our carpet. I recommended them to two neighbors already. Thanks. read more

I can't say enough good things about Award Window Cleaning! Back in July, I used another service to clean my windows. Not only were my windows not cleaned properly, but they were dirtier than before and it looked like they had scratched my windows with razors. I was getting ready to head out of town, and in a state of panic I found Award Window Cleaning on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but when I called he was super polite and told me that even though they were booked the next day (which is when we were getting ready to leave) he'd try to stop by and take a look to see what they could do and give me a quote. Not only did the guys show up the next day and give me a quote, but they were able to clean all of our windows, rails, and screens to perfection, and just in time for us to leave for the airport!!! Our windows have never looked so clean and I could not be happier! I was especially grateful that they were able to do it all on such short notice, as I literally would have lost sleep thinking that the my windows had been scratched and would have to be replaced because of the other provider I used. I will definitely be using Award Window Cleaning again and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an excellent and professional service! read more
