The staff is always willing to work with you and help you with all problems you might come up with. I bought tickets for this year and I have no complains. I was very satisfied with the service. Avoid these guys! In…read morea recent transaction with Carnival Bookers (a site of Bookers International), I was treated horribly. Searching for Sao Paulo carnaval, I landed on their website about this event. Right next to the article, prominently displayed, is a link inviting you to click here to purchase tickets. I clicked through, purchased tickets, and awaited my confirmation email. When I received it, I was horrified to realise that it was for Rio. Thinking this was an honest mistake, I asked them to cancel the transaction. The response: all purchases are non-refundable, and if you look very closely on our website, when you click through to purchase tickets you are being re-directed to purchase tickets for Rio. Nothing can be done. I was ripped-off, so I would advise others to either stay away altogether, or at least be very careful here. They are unscrupulous vendors with no interest in doing right by their customers.
