This service ruined my vacation. Agent more or less just booked my cruise online and did absolutely…read morenothing from that point on. Failed to inform me of travel requirements causing me not to be able to take my vacation. Didn't forward any documentation that cruise line sent to him. Then he told me he filed my insurance claim and did not. What a waste of money and time for us. You can book your own travel using the cruise line website for much less. A travel agent is supposed to help you know what is required to travel and they failed at doing this.
