Nice bench, drinking fountain to hydrate before blood draw, etc. Got right in when they opened, no one else waiting. Easy check-in, friendly staff, distracted me during the stick, painless and quick. Super easy, definitely will keep this in mind for next time (there's always a next time as you get older.)

The tech then took about 15 minutes filling out paperwork, then had to redo them because he entered the information incorrectly. Ultimately, he drew 5 vials of blood for what was supposed to be 3 tests. I received one result on Saturday, and then called my physician today to see where the other two were, and they were never entered. So I'm not sure what the tech did with the additional 4 vials of blood that I gave him, but they were never even sent onto the lab for evaluation. On top of that, the tech made some inappropriate and sexist comments (making unsolicited remarks about how I should "let my husband be a man" etc.). This feels incredibly unprofessional bordering on negligent--even my physician was stunned. I'd strongly warn anyone against going here based on my experience, and I plan to contact Quest directly to share this feedback.

From the time I signed in she was so rude I was unable to provide a full sample because I had just used the restroom she became irate and told me that I would need to wait three hours before I could use the restroom again. I explained that was absurd I didn't have three she said if I didn't wait she would call my employer and say that I refused like wow so I waited in the middle of me waiting she went in the back and called my employer and told them I was not a good candidate for hire, that I cussed her out and was being belligerent. Like how malicious are you I was beyond shocked when I got this email from my company. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I just had the best experience at the Lab with Thea!…read more Thea totally made my day, made me comfortable, and was even able to poke me in the first try in my difficult arm! She was quick and efficient, and her joy (I was surprised because we all get a little grumpy on gross snowy days), her joy was absolutely contagious. I wasn't even sure if the lab would be open with all this weather, and she was the only person working and I was the only patient and she made the experience enjoyable- and I hate having my blood drawn. Quality of care was beyond excellent! This woman deserves some praise and a raise!

I have not gone for my follow up yet but I am quite confident that the quality and professionalism will continue. I waited to the end to mention that the girl that checked me in the lobby was polite but I was not real impressed with her.
