I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!

When you pay $80 for a visit you don't expect to be double booked by the physical therapist but I was. I spent 1/4 of my 50 minute session waiting around for him to finish with the other lady. I have never been talked to like that by anyone in the medical profession before!! I was insulted, shocked and appalled by such an attitude by a NovaCare employee. I do reiterate I am extremely impressed by the quality of care provided by Tara. I just strongly felt this AJ person should be held accountable for such deplorable behavior and attitude towards an established patient.

Before going with this…read morecompany, I called and gave my insurance info and got a quote on the cost of care which was very reasonable compared to other places. Unfortunately the person quoting didn't do it correctly and now I'm getting bills for $100+ PER VISIT. I never would have used this place if I knew it would be so expensive. The therapists are great but I'm wondering if this place is using bait and switch techniques to draw people in. Another woman I know had similar billing issues.

He did the surgery on my left knee. And it had to have a screw put in, also. I saw him today for my 4 week checkup, it was all smiles and laughs. Oh what a wonderful feeling to know that your x-rays show that your implant is fine! And you're healing, progressing ahead of schedule. I know this is because of prayer! He said that the I could have surgery on my right knee as soon as a couple weeks. I know God uses doctors to heal. This man is amazing! I couldn't help but tell him " I love you" before I left. I was so overjoyed.

I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

Established PT care in Dublin and in the end they were great. HOWEVER we also had an OT referral and they didn't offer that service in Dublin so we were directed to call their Hilliard office. Could not get an eval there for several more weeks but we accepted the appointment. We arrived for that appointment and were told there was no appointment in their system nor did they have a referral. Apparently the office in Hilliard does not communicate with their sister office in Dublin. We were told we'd have to reschedule an eval appointment in Hilliard...in another few weeks!! We scheduled that appointment however cancelled it. We don't trust the care at an agency that has so little regard for its clients from the beginning.
