I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!

I have never been talked to like that by anyone in the medical profession before!! I was insulted, shocked and appalled by such an attitude by a NovaCare employee. I do reiterate I am extremely impressed by the quality of care provided by Tara. I just strongly felt this AJ person should be held accountable for such deplorable behavior and attitude towards an established patient.

Unfortunately the person quoting didn't do it correctly and now I'm getting bills for $100+ PER VISIT. I never would have used this place if I knew it would be so expensive. The therapists are great but I'm wondering if this place is using bait and switch techniques to draw people in. Another woman I know had similar billing issues.

Very large waiting area with plenty of seating. Doctor was on time and very personable. Doctor was able to offer a plan with concrete next steps. All complex imaging procedures can be done onsite at their facility. Lots of specialty areas covered within the practice and well known for sports medicine. Several of the docs here are team doctors for CBJ. Also, this practice does not require a referral from primary care so it makes getting an appointment so much faster.

He surgically put a large steel plate and screws to repair her right femur bone. He is a down to earth man and surgeon. He took excellent care of my Mom. My number one Mom died over two years ago at over 100 years young. I wouldn't recommend anyone else at Orthopedic One.

He's also fun to work with. I actually look forward to my PT appointments. He's given me really positive feedback on my progress, which encourages me to keep going. I'm a middle-aged women with two busted ass knees, but I feel like a triathlete when I leave there.

Had a referral on discharge from the Rehab Hospital. Waited a week for a call which we were told…read morewould come. It didn't. When we called they claimed they didn't have a referral. Started over. Established PT care in Dublin and in the end they were great. HOWEVER we also had an OT referral and they didn't offer that service in Dublin so we were directed to call their Hilliard office. Could not get an eval there for several more weeks but we accepted the appointment. We arrived for that appointment and were told there was no appointment in their system nor did they have a referral. Apparently the office in Hilliard does not communicate with their sister office in Dublin. We were told we'd have to reschedule an eval appointment in Hilliard...in another few weeks!! We scheduled that appointment however cancelled it. We don't trust the care at an agency that has so little regard for its clients from the beginning.
