Andrea is amazing!!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding. We had done all of the planning ourselves and realized about a month before that we had no one to execute things the day of. AVR was there to save the day. I had a lot of specific details and a lot of supplies and I due to scheduling I never got the chance to have a sit down meeting with Andrea before my wedding. We communicated solely through phone calls and emails. Yet somehow she pulled it off! Mind you my wedding was not at a full service venue so all of the decorating and staff and catering etc. were from outside vendors we hired. When I arrived at the venue it was like a dream come true. My vision was executed exactly how I imagined it. Andrea made everything look beautiful and she was there to ensure things went smoothly the entire day from setup to clean up to quick repair when the wind blew over some of the centerpieces (outdoor wedding). She did this all with an injured ankle! She made sure I was happy and enjoying my day from start to finish. Andrea is a pro at all of her Planning . She did a wedding and I have never Sean a person so meticulous and Professional in making sure that everyone and everything was completely satisfied.
