I was…read morepretty distressed about it actually but he reassured me I would be in good hands with AJ. He was so right! I've been with AJ over one month and couldn't be happier. AJ has an amazing build, one that clearly shows he has the knowledge I need to transform my body. AJ has risen to the challenge to continue my workouts where Teivin has left off. He is so motivating, has a warm and friendly disposition, keeps me laughing all the while getting down to business. My time with him is well spent. Workouts are varied and I am learning about all the machines/free weights that are available. He has motivated me to push myself, while at the same time keeping my training safe. He is working to make sure my limitations (bad back, wonky knee, wrist issues) are addressed and I can say I am really pleased with my results. Feeling better and looking better!! I look forward to coming to my sessions and have added more sessions to continue my health journey. AJ has helped me physically but also mentally believe in myself. I always leave the gym feeling I learned something new, pushed myself, all the while having fun. AJ is such a part of my success and I am glad to call LA Fitness my gym. Thank you Teivin for finding such an excellent trainer to hire.

    Gym is overcrowded if you go after 4pm until close on a weekday. Like waiting for treadmills…read morecrowded. Facility is clean but does not have a basketball court or sauna. 80% of the time I just end up doing cardio because I do not want to wait for equipment and have a 2 hour work out. I would go only go here on weekends or early morning.

    I've tried for years to find a studio where I could build a routine. For me, that meant I needed a…read morevariety of class types and a place where I still was excited to go to even on the days when I was feeling less than athletic/human. To add complexity, I'm newly postpartum and anxious about actually healing and supporting my body while not interfering with what my baby needs. So as a result, I've gone quite some time without being consistently active. Enter Forth. I joined at the end of 2025. I show up every day at noon, regardless of my physical or mental state, and I feel welcomed and supported. I recognize at least one person from prior classes or the neighborhood. I can take yoga or strength or Pilates without feeling frustrated or bored. I can make it home in time for my 1pm meetings. I always walk out stronger and a little more grounded than when I walked in and isn't that all any of us wants?

    Forth is such a warm and welcoming community -- a space where people of all shapes, sizes, and…read morebackgrounds come together to move, breathe, and reset. I've absolutely loved the strength, breathe, and restore classes, and one of my favorite parts is how every session begins with connection, chatting with someone new about the prompt our instructor gives us. It brings such a personal and thoughtful touch to the experience. I'll gladly continue supporting Forth and sharing what a special place it is. With that said, I wanted to offer a couple pieces of feedback for consideration: Cancellation window flexibility. The current 10-hour cancellation policy can feel a bit rigid in the midst of busy, unpredictable schedules. Things like sudden illness, car trouble, or a sick child can pop up unexpectedly. Reducing the window to a 2-hour notice period might make the policy more flexible while removing the need for members to email the team to explain last-minute cancellations. Blanket cleanliness. I recently noticed that one of the blankets had a strong body odor, and when I asked how often they're washed, the answer wasn't clear. It might help to increase the frequency of washing or communicate the current cleaning schedule. This small step could go a long way in maintaining the sense of calm and cleanliness that Forth is known for. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, inclusive space -- I truly appreciate the care and community Forth brings to every class.
