It would have been nice to know the schedule of when the campers would be outside to see them on camera instead of randomly catching action on the live feed, but not a big deal. She went over all the details, the possible outcomes, provided in depth information, videos, pictures-diagrams and answered all my questions. The consult was not rushed and I felt at ease knowing everything up front, pre-procedure, actual timelines, fees & followup. I was equipped with all the information and expectations and she taught me a tremendous amount regarding dental care which is invaluable and an ease to the stress and anxiety. Both my husband and I heard this, and it was a major reason we agreed to the plan. When our puppy needed a nail trim, I called and mentioned that I had the prevention plan that included nail trims and asked if I needed an appointment. They scheduled me right away. When I arrived, I was told nail trims were not included and would cost $27. This should have been clearly communicated on the phone. Mistakes happen, but there was no accountability and no effort to make it right. When I asked for a refund since the plan was misrepresented, I was now charged $30 for the nail trim because I was "no longer a member" and didn't receive member pricing. They clearly value transactions over relationships. It's unfortunate because Dr. Quinn was great, but the business side is poorly handled. I won't be returning.

Dr Chris checked my cat told me it is urine crystal blockage and changed the food. Did not help, I called on Friday and asked them for help. They told me for urine blockage take the cat to emergency clinic. It cost me $3500. Broderick Animal Clinic was lying to me that they can do surgeries. They are deceptive in everything.

I've heard nothing but good things about Bark Ave. so I had my now husband reach out to them. Chloe (my pup) received a package in the mail from them with puppy treats, a toy, and other miscellaneous items. I knew from their interest in her that we had to board her there for the night. Fast forward to July 22, I was super worried about how she would be in a new environment since she is a puppy and she gets anxiety around new people and not being by/with her "mom". That night I received a report card with a cute little picture of her and it had no negatives about her; she even made friends with two other pups- Annie and Tator! When we picked her up she was super happy and the staff working enjoyed playing with her. We paid a little extra so she could have 1:1 play time and be let out more often since we are working on potty training. In all, I definitely recommend this place and I will reach out to them again if we ever need to board Chloe overnight for whatever reason.

Way back when he started he wasn't really very good at playing with other dogs because he wasn't really exposed. They watched him closely with small dogs first as he stayed. He graduated to the big dog side but I think he prefers people still. I really love the detailed receipts. The thing I love the most are the cameras!!!
