At my first visit, Melissa did my initial acupuncture session. She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns while explaining everything clearly so I felt completely comfortable. When Melissa went on vacation, Meladie continued my acupuncture treatments seamlessly. The transition was smooth, and I felt just as cared for. Meladie is very gentle, knowledgeable, and truly focused on your healing and pain in a natural way. Dr. Brian massage was unlike anything I've ever experienced. He not only worked through my tension with the perfect amount of pressure, but he also incorporated stretching into the session something I never realized was so important during a massage. It made a huge difference in my mobility and overall relief. He also shows you home stretches you can do between sessions, which helps maintain the progress. I really appreciate that he gradually increases the pressure each time you return so your body continues to improve. He just knows all the right spots and how to realign my body. The fact that he's also a chiropractor is such a huge plus. I've truly never had this type of experience in my life. This place is a one stop shop (: I also have to mention Vivian, who handles the scheduling and appointments. I've honestly never been to a place where the front office is virtual, but she is so consistent with communication. She responds quickly and has been extremely helpful and accommodating with my appointments. It makes the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I truly wish I had come here from the very beginning when I first had insurance benefits for chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture instead of going elsewhere. Everyone here has been amazing, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. It's also very convenient location with a lot of FREE parking. The office space is super cute and home-like rather than clinical. I cannot say enough positive things about Melissa. Her positive and calming nature come straight through as soon as I met her. I was very apprehensive about acupuncture and cupping but Melissa walked me through every step, was very patient, and talked me through what was happening. The acupuncture, cupping and massage at the first visit released knots and relieved so much of the pain I was feeling. I felt so good leaving her office. I started with acupuncture and cupping (the perfect combo) for shoulder and back pains. Every session is so relaxing and Melissa always addresses all my areas of pain. I came to Melissa in hopes of finding relief from reoccurring migraines. I had never received acupuncture but something in me was telling me it was time to try it, and I was led to Melissa through a couple internet searches of acupuncturists around my area. Melissa was very personable, knowledgeably informative, and concerned for my well-being. To add, she has a very warm, friendly, and inviting personality. The treatment itself was truly an incredible experience for me. The needles were not nearly as painful as I had perceived they might be and they provided a world of relief. I still feel immense relief the day after (the day I am writing this). She also insisted we do some cupping, which i had never done, but I'm glad we did it because it added extra alleviation from my symptoms. First time acupuncture patient. The treatment went well. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Faye is a wonderful acupuncturist, she gave great care to my comfort level durring the treatment, always asking if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. Surprisingly I can tell you I felt no pain at all. She was very gental and had a plesent attitude. She treated my chronic knee pain that I had for many years. This was only a single treatment so I didn't expect much. The next day the pain in my knee was still there and to be honest not much better than before the treatment; however, immediately after the treatment that day I did feel some relief, enough to take my brace off the rest of the day. I would have to say it was equivalent to pain meds. I don't like taking pain meds so this was nice. She mentioned to me that chronic pain such as this would take numerous sessions. I did feel some stiffness in my elbow where she applied the needles. This took a few hours to go away. The next day I had no ill effects in that elbow. The only only other negative thing I would have to say is the location is a little out of the way for me. Overall it was great experience, I intend to go back for further treatments and would recommend this to anyone who is also interested in acupuncture. read more

I visited Faye for debilitating knee pain. I was having trouble navigating stairs and getting into and out of my car. She treated me using the Tan method of acupuncture (which truthfully seemed rather strange). Instead of putting needles in my knees, she placed needles in my elbows. After a 20 minute rest, the needles were removed. I was amazed that I was able to do a deeper knee bend than I'd been able to do in 20 years. I got easily into my car and could walk down the stairs without pain. I still need more sessions but I was amazed at how rapidly Faye's treatment worked. She does fabulous work. read more
