Lady, I KNOW thread isn't THAT costly and you've got no overhead because it's your home. This is just advantageous because she has a captive island clientele. I just spent my last dollar here. I'll drive to League City dry cleaners where I've been sending my dry cleaning for 13 years. FYI Galveston dry cleaners charge outrageous prices just like Maria. 2 stars because she does a good job I just don't like her business ethic

I'm not gonna go into detail on what all needed to be done to shorten the dress because I think I explained that in my last review. But obviously she trimmed it and then rehemmed every vertical ruffle. Side note. GB's work in my opinion looks perfect. Not a single stitch out of place. I trust her more than anyone with my clothes. She knows her stuff. I'm telling you she's special. My dresses look like I purchased them and they just so happened to fit like a glove. I have a couple other places I go to for alterations and dry cleaning and they usually do ok. GB doesn't do dry cleaning anymore. But if I have something really expensive/important it's going to GB
