He is willing and available to address questions and concerns, and was particularly tenacious in getting a chronic pool pump-related problem that I was having, resolved. He adds only what chemicals are necessary for optimal water quality and safety--no more and no less. And he uses supplies that are as environmentally friendly, yet effective, as possible.
