    So I had rented a car from National at the airport for work related travel and it had a low tire…read morepressure. Tried once to fill it but machine wasn't working. Called National roadside and they gave me an address that turned out to be this Enterprise place. They helped me get air in the tires and had me out of the place in a few minutes even though the car wasn't there's (even tho National is a sister company). But very friendly service even for such a minor thing as low tire pressure.

I had to be in Houston by 5pm. When we got to Enterprise there was a line of people standing at the locked door. The girl working that day was 15 mins late. Then I was listening to all the people in front of me trying to get a car nobody walked out in a car. One man was trying to swap out an Enterprise car from Shreveport that had 3 bald tires.. one tire was going flat every hour. Worker told him to go get it plugged at Mavis. The man tried to explain to her the tires were so bald that no plug would work. She didn't seem to grasp how dangerous that is . Needless to say he left without a different car . Then she gets to me , by this time it was 8:45am.. I show her my online confirmation number and my credit card & DL. Then she looks at me and says " oh you used the website to book a reservation , sorry but that's not accurate so we don't have a car for you. But, you can sit in here and wait eventually today someone will drop a car off." I said " it's pretty crappy to let people book online get a confirmation number & time for car pick up to be told sorry!" Needless to say , I was my first time EVER renting a car ( well thinking it was rented) , I couldn't wait for a maybe car to get returned. So I called my son to drive all the way back from Brandon to pick me up and take me 30 mins away to get my car. I did not get on the way to Texas until 10am... I cannot believe the largest name car rental company practices such terrible customer service .. being late when people need their cars when told 8am . If all stores are as bad as the Clinton store, I don't see how Enterprise stays in business. No business should allow online booking for cars if they can't keep it accurate. No excuses for such terrible service . And this generation of always late workers... need to be fired.

I am writing as a former manager of a restaurant who received a lot of complaints about my employees but very few compliments. So I'm writing to deliver some compliments. I just wanted to say that Daria and Shanekia delivered EXCELLENT customer service to me and the other customers waiting. My car was there, ready, clean and they got me on the road in no time without any issues. They were personable, engaging, friendly and sincerely desired to be a positive source of help and blessing to me. They truly acted as if they enjoyed their jobs and life and transferred all that positive energy to the customers. Those ladies need a raise and a promotion. I hope you appreciate them and the value that they are bringing to Enterprise.  An irate customer came in during my checkout time and Daria handled them with poise, grace, empathy, sincerity and kindness. The annoyed customers had a hard time staying angry because Shanekia and Daria exhibited such a wonderful calming tone and demeanor, the entire time. Daria was the first point of contact, then she shared their issue with Shanekia and the friendliness, calm and peace continued to be exuded by her.  Enterprise has 2 diamonds at their Richland, MS location in Daria and Shanekia. They deserve a raise, some recognition and honor for how they conduct business, treat their customers and represent themselves at the Enterprise rental car in Richland, MS. I will definitely be renting from that location again.     I booked a 15 passenger van online back on March 5, 2023 to be picked up at this Richland, MS…read morelocation. Received a confirmed Itinerary and everything that the reservation was good to go. On the day of today June 16,2023 I called this location while I was enroute from my hometown of Greenwood, MS to pickup rental to let the branch no that i was gonna be an hour late picking up my rental at 12noon today to only be told that this location doesn't have 15 passenger vans at it and that they tried to contact me over a month ago about this issue but there wasn't any contact info on me (a bunch of crap). My family and i had a trip planned to leave out early in the morning on the 17th of June and now that i'm just learning of this claim, we haven't been able to find a 15 passenger van anywhere. Enterprise has cost me thousand of $$ to be lost because we had already reserved rooming & paid for in the city of our destination. Now with it being less than 2 days of the check-in date, we are no longer able to cancel the reservation and be refunded. To add insult to this issue, i contacted the main Enterprise and was told that this location does sometimes have 12-15 passenger vans. I don't quite understand why I was told they didn't and being that i booked this van over 3 months ago, there is no reason why there shouldn't have been anything available nor was I contacted. This is very unprofessional of Enterprise Rentals. I would have given them a negative 5 stars if there was an option.

    Reserved a Van two weeks prior to our trip. They wait until the day of the reservation to call and…read moreconfirm the reservation. Unfortunately for us, my wife's phone marked their call as spam and we didn't receive the notifications. So they just didn't honor our reservation. We show up, they didn't even try to get us a van. Also the "branch manager" told us she called us multiple times and left a voice mail, which is untrue. After looking at my wife's phone logs, there is no voicemail and only one missed call from them around 1 pm (our pickup time was 5pm). Chances are if they didn't have a van by then, they were not getting one. This issue is 100% them screwing up and blaming the customer. And if this behavior is really their procedure, they have a very poorly designed system. I know we missed the call, but they had 2 weeks to confirm the reservation. They sent us 2 e-mails one asking if we wanted to cancel, and one asking if we wanted to modify the reservation. We did not want to do either so did not respond. Why couldn't they send us an option to confirm the reservation via e-mail? Or call us before the day of pickup or actually leave a voice mail like the manager lied and said that she did? The people were polite as they tried to guilt us for not getting our reservation, but I'd suggest using a different location or company for your rental service.
