You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I added the extra blower to dry my car, which was a treat because I didnt have the streaks on my window or tried round dots on my windows. What was super shocking is that I received all of that for the low price of twenty dollars.

Called National roadside and they gave me an address that turned out to be this Enterprise place. They helped me get air in the tires and had me out of the place in a few minutes even though the car wasn't there's (even tho National is a sister company). But very friendly service even for such a minor thing as low tire pressure.

I am writing as a former manager of a restaurant who received a lot of complaints about my employees but very few compliments. So I'm writing to deliver some compliments. I just wanted to say that Daria and Shanekia delivered EXCELLENT customer service to me and the other customers waiting. My car was there, ready, clean and they got me on the road in no time without any issues. They were personable, engaging, friendly and sincerely desired to be a positive source of help and blessing to me. They truly acted as if they enjoyed their jobs and life and transferred all that positive energy to the customers. Those ladies need a raise and a promotion. I hope you appreciate them and the value that they are bringing to Enterprise.  An irate customer came in during my checkout time and Daria handled them with poise, grace, empathy, sincerity and kindness. The annoyed customers had a hard time staying angry because Shanekia and Daria exhibited such a wonderful calming tone and demeanor, the entire time. Daria was the first point of contact, then she shared their issue with Shanekia and the friendliness, calm and peace continued to be exuded by her.  Enterprise has 2 diamonds at their Richland, MS location in Daria and Shanekia. They deserve a raise, some recognition and honor for how they conduct business, treat their customers and represent themselves at the Enterprise rental car in Richland, MS. I will definitely be renting from that location again. On the day of today June 16,2023 I called this location while I was enroute from my hometown of Greenwood, MS to pickup rental to let the branch no that i was gonna be an hour late picking up my rental at 12noon today to only be told that this location doesn't have 15 passenger vans at it and that they tried to contact me over a month ago about this issue but there wasn't any contact info on me (a bunch of crap). My family and i had a trip planned to leave out early in the morning on the 17th of June and now that i'm just learning of this claim, we haven't been able to find a 15 passenger van anywhere. Enterprise has cost me thousand of $$ to be lost because we had already reserved rooming & paid for in the city of our destination. Now with it being less than 2 days of the check-in date, we are no longer able to cancel the reservation and be refunded. To add insult to this issue, i contacted the main Enterprise and was told that this location does sometimes have 12-15 passenger vans. I don't quite understand why I was told they didn't and being that i booked this van over 3 months ago, there is no reason why there shouldn't have been anything available nor was I contacted. This is very unprofessional of Enterprise Rentals. I would have given them a negative 5 stars if there was an option.

The booth next door said they ran out of cars and closed. MY CAR WAS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR AND THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. There was not a rental car to be found. I had to get a taxi, find a hotel, taxi back to the airport and a new reservation with Enterprise. Total out of pocket additional expense about $250. plus I had to stand up my Airbnb for the night which I paid for anyway. They left me stranded at the airport with no transportation and didn't even have the courage to stay and face me or try to help me find a solution.

Then right when we were about to get our vehicle, the Hertz employee drove the car around to the front of the building only for a random individual leaving the parking lot to back into the car we were waiting to rent! The booking was reserved with Budget at the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) in Jackson, Mississippi [100 International Dr]. I arrived at the rental car counter and spoke to the representative by the name of Nida. She asked which company I reserved the car under, since Avis, Budget, and Payless are all under the same umbrella. I'd like to note that Nida was super pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Due to the limited inventory, I was given a complimentary upgrade. On top of that, she indicated that the vehicle assigned to me was super new to their car fleet. I ended up getting the Chevrolet Trailblazer, which only had a whopping 4 miles. It was beyond spacious and still had a new car smell. For having the rental car for two days, the total came out to be $146.86. Around $73 a day was a little steep, however, the vehicle was fabulous and decent on gas. The overall experience was great, from Nida's hospitality to the nice upgrade at no additional cost. I wouldn't mind renting from Budget/Avis/Payless again.

The person that answered the phone said that he was the only person there and it would take over two hours or more even if they could pick us up. After finally reaching the enterprise location the branch manager was so rude and disrespectful to me and did everything in his power to hinder me. He gave me a car that needed an oil change and the driver side mirror didn't work, it kept falling down towards the road. The oil change light came on and the suv broke down and we had to get road side assistance to deliver a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle was not the suv that we had had reserved. It was an old smelly car that the steering wheel was loose and hard to drive. I was afraid to drive these vehicles during the rental period. They were parked at my hotel. I have called Enterprise Rental about 50 times with no response. Their customer service is pathetic, unreliable and scary!!!
