Enterprise said card was now locked and I had to do this in person In the morning. I arrived in the morning and let the location know. They ran the card 2 times it did not go thru. I told them funds are there it is locked in your system. The person didn't believe me and suggested I call the bank which I did in front of him and the bank said they got no attempts on their side. I told them again the their Enterprise system locked the card on their side and the issue did not come from the bank. They kept insisting it was the bank and when I got upset they said they were not going to talk to me with my raised voice and to make sure I gave them the key because I was not allowed to leave with it - I could not have another day. My response was that I was not a thief. yes, I gave them the key back and now writing this review. In the middle of these events #2 below was going on as well at the location at the same time. 2) I called the 1-888 number and asked for a manager at 1-888 number. The person who answered was nice but didn't know how to help the situation as she tried to run the card thru snd it didn't go thru. I then asked for a manager. The manager typed in the info I gave her and sent it to the people I was talking to in front of me. Then she hung up on me. I thought being that it was their company they knew how to fix the situation. Not ever coming back

But Daniel Guillie What is the best representative I've ever worked with. He was more than professional he was super accommodating and actually cared about what I needed. He went above and beyond I could ever imagine, he met every need I could ever have ever thought of. I would highly recommend this man. The car he rented me was fabulous everything I wanted. If Daniel is not in management soon then Enterprise needs to be reevaluated. I saw him work with other clients and he was just as amazing with them.

DO NOT RENT FROM GREENBRIAR- Med Center LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES AFTER THE FACT!…read more I am not one to post negative reviews on any of my accounts but this has to be said to protect others. I had a wonderful experience at this location (or so I thought) while my car was being serviced for maintenance wear and tear. An Enterprise Associate picked me up from mechanic and brought me to Enterprise (in car I would be renting). The wait time wasn't that long, about 7 min). Once it was my turn, we went out to inspect the silver Altima and she marked down the dents, scratches, parts of vehicle that were separated and assured me it's already marked down on their end and then marked down in front of me and I pointed out others because I don't want to be liable for any damages from someone else. Day of returning car, wait time was a little longer but it was okay because Associate at desk was kind and polite. She did the return car check and she said everything was fine, of course with the car. Gas was even filled (even though it was only supposed to be have been above the half point, but I returned the car earlier than expected thanks to Amazing mechanics at Eric's Car Care in Rice Village. Because of the full tank of gas and Associate being kind, she even credited me $15, making entire credit of $33.55, not a negative balance but a positive one. There were no issues then and definitely shouldn't be any issues now. I was refunded the remaining balance and waited about 20 min for someone to come and take me back to Eric's. When Pedro arrived, I offered to stay and wait longer so he can have his lunch that he had but he said it was alright. We headed back to mechanic (in the rental I just returned) for Pedro to drop me off and that was that.... thats what I thought until today when I got an email stating I OWE them $1,285.50 for alleged damages If I had incurred any damages, I would have already informed Enterprise. I have been using Enterprise for over 20 years. What I won't accept is being held liable for damages before car was issued to me or after Ive already released vehicle and others have driven it. Car was returned a week ago & was fine and now they are claiming damages that were not done by me, damages that were there before me, damages that could be caused by their own Associates since they use the same rental I used to both pick up and drop me. Do not let them do this. Do not allow Enterprise, Greenbriar or any rental agency to use the same vehicle to drop you off. They will smile at your front but will hit you with outrageous charges and lies after the fact. This is the most dishonorable and despicable thing I've come across from a business.. Please, if you must rent, use AVIS that is close by on Kirby (5 min) this location or use another Enterprise, unless you want to get hit by charges that you didn't incur but they will claim you did, which now, I will have to fight against. And to think I was going to use this location for future rentals but I will continue using another Enterprise location I tend to use in SW Houston for trips. I even left them a glowing review after receiving the message with a link to rate them 24 hrs after returning the vehicle (please remove that review wherever it is posted since it clearly a lie now). I've driven rentals out of city and nothing, now to have this car for 4 days, locally, they are trying to put previous damages and/or damages that happened outside of my care on me. I only used this location out of convenience and look how that turned out. Go where you know , do not use them because of convenience. Convenience will cost you. They couldn't get their money from previous renter who actually incurred the damages on the vehicle or one of their own Associates caused the previous and/or new alleged damages before and/or after I came into picture, now they are trying this disgusting stunt. Do not use Enterprise on Greenbriar, unless you want to be charged or deal with the headache and hassle that I am currently undergoing. Happy Mother's Day to me. Blessings.

While the woman attending to me was nice, she asked me,"Do you absolutely need an Electric car" and from the past reviews I already know what was happening but I was already on a time crunch and I should have already been hitting the road at this point. I answered no but asked what she had avaliable and to my surprise, 90% of the cars on the lot had some sort of issue. She was able to get me into a nice little Jeep Compass and they got it cleaned up for me. She hurried back in and when I got in the car, I realized there was no gas in it. I never had a rental car with no gas. It was almost like a "Here, damn" type situation. Of course I took my photo and plan to reach out to customer service to discuss this. What really got me upset was seeing that I was charged extra for being switched to another car. I believe that I shouldn't be charged extra at all for something that they couldn't provide. Honestly, this location shouldn't have been bookable if they couldn't keep up with any demand. I had rental companies before call other locations and uber me to make sure I was taken care of. I could understand if they put me in a full size SUV or a minivan but not for something as equal value as what I booked. Overall, your best bet is to call this location ahead of time to make sure they even can assist you.

When the women approached the counter as asked for a rental, the guy behind the desk asked if they had a reservation and they said no ( I heard this with my own ears). He told them since they did not have a reservation, they were out of cars. They pleaded with him and he said he would see what he could do. He "found" them a car and got them on their way. When I got to the counter, I gave him my reservation number and he said they were out of cars. I asked how they were out when the people in front of me did not have a reservation and just got a car, I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation and was directly behind them in line and now they are out. He said that's just how it is. Not only did he give my reservation away in front of me, but he also charged my credit card as a no show. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card to try to get this resolved. Moral of the story, don't do a reservation, show up at the counter and beg then you will get taken care of.

Customer Feedback - Luxury Living on Wheels My trip from…read moreHouston to Dallas felt like stepping into a world of luxury living on wheels -- smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated from beginning to end. This was, without question, one of the most relaxing rides I've had in a long time . Cost & Convenience Being able to save on gas and let someone else do the driving was a huge plus. Round‑trip cost: $309 Early booking: Normally $79 each way The value for the experience is undeniable. Arrival & Safety Measures Once I arrived, the bus driver greeted me warmly and loaded my luggage into the bottom storage compartment. The attendant then requested my name and license for safety and rider identification. I was very impressed with the security measures -- it felt organized, professional, and reassuring. The attendant even offered to carry my bags onto the bus, allowing me to focus on boarding safely and watching my step. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated . Seating Experience I was escorted to my seat, and while the service was exceptional, I was disappointed to find the table broken. The attendant tried to fix it -- even using a phone charger to weigh it down -- but it wasn't enough. At this price point, the seat should have been inspected and repaired beforehand, especially knowing a paying passenger would be assigned to it. Still, the attentiveness and effort were commendable. Why I Choose This Service One of the main reasons I continue choosing this company is the way the attendant takes care of passengers and the smoothness of the ride. Pickup and drop‑off locations are both safe and convenient: Hyatt Regency - Houston DoubleTree Dallas Airport Both hotels have staff who are consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. Amenities That Feel Like First‑Class Travel This service offers rounds of amenities that make the journey feel like a luxury flight on wheels: 1st Round - Comfort Essentials Eye mask Ear stoppers Toothbrush Eyeglass wipes Facial tissue 2nd Round - Cozy Comfort Full‑size gray Sherpa blankets (so soft and warm) 3rd Round - Snacks Galore Kettle chips (3 flavors) Popcorn Oreo cookies Lorna Doone shortbread cookies Nuts (3 flavors) Fruit bars 4th Round - Drinks Soda Wine 5th Round - Meal Options Choose one meal: Turkey wraps (3 variations) Salads (3 choices) 6th Round - More Snacks & Drinks Because luxury means never running out. 7th Round - Warm Towels A refreshing touch to end the ride. Throughout the entire trip, there was constant trash pickup, keeping the bus clean, tidy, and comfortable. Seating Layout & Comfort Outlets at every seat Seats are large, plush, and recline Right side: single‑row seating for privacy Left side: two‑seaters, but spacious enough that you barely notice someone beside you This setup makes the ride feel personal, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. Final Thoughts No other service out here meets passenger needs at this level. From safety to comfort to amenities, this truly feels like luxury living on wheels. Despite the table issue, the overall experience was exceptional, and I look forward to riding again. Final Thoughts No other service out here meets passenger needs at this level. From safety to comfort to amenities, this truly feels like luxury living on wheels. Despite the table issue, the overall experience was exceptional, and I look forward to riding again. One area I would love to see improved is the brand of water provided onboard. While the overall service is exceptional, the water brand Niagara is known as one of the lower‑rated options on the market based on multiple water‑quality analyses. For a service that prides itself on luxury, comfort, and premium amenities, upgrading to a higher‑quality water brand would further elevate the experience. A small change like this would align perfectly with the high standards already set and ensure every detail, even the water, reflects the level of excellence passengers have come to expect.
