Really good customer service. I used a car for the first time in San Diego last week - easy, fast, convenient. I'm really happy with it.

When I arrived to check in, he continued a phone call and did not acknowledge my presence at all--not even with eye contact. I expect at least a basic acknowledgment when walking into a business, especially at a rental counter. That same employee handled my return, and the process was excessively long. He again failed to acknowledge me while assisting another customer, then went outside to check the car, came back inside, and said absolutely nothing. I had to ask whether my return had even been completed. Several hours later, I still have not received an electronic confirmation that the vehicle was checked in. This was a frustrating and avoidable experience driven entirely by poor communication and lack of basic customer awareness. With additional training, this employee--and this location--could perform much better.

The location is very busy and hard to get in touch with to extend your rental. I'm not taking any stars away due to that inconvenience nor due to TOMMY who is unprofessional and irritating, I had to report him so watch his energy. Again, I would highly recommend this location due to the care and consideration of your time an expectations. Here today, I'll be back tomorrow!

Although I appreciated the heads up, I would prefer to not be able to schedule a reservation at an unavailable time. For both reservations, I reserved a full size SUV as I was going 1000+ miles each time and wanted the extra room. The first time, I was told SUVs weren't available so we were upgraded to a van. I appreciated the upgrade as it was waaaaaaaaaaay more room. The second time, we were given a Toyota 4runner. I loved the size but was disappointed in the condition. There was damage on the windshield and maintenance was required. I think the rentals should be serviced and road ready at pick up. Overall, the service is friendly but they could do a better job with the rentals offered. The location is crappy and the parking lot is small.

The lady behind the counter was professional, to the point , and had me checked in and out right away. Most would say she was not very nice but she was very efficient. The lot porter was polite, helpful, and able to help us after we arrived to turn in the van. Also exceptional. Renting cars is a very stressful job for any company's agents, but I appreciated how "matter of fact" I was treated. There were no issues with pickup or drop off and it has been awhile since I have been able to say that when renting a vehicle. Highly recommend this location, the vehicle, and the staff. Great experience.

We were supposed to get our rental from Walker St downtown location, but they ran out of cars, so they drove us to the heights location. Things seemed fishy when we received a Not so good looking vehicle, but we were running out of time and had to go. My wife did her usual walk around to check for scratches(THERE WERE A-LOT) and off we go. We only rented for one day to go to Dallas to see a friend(WHO LET US USE THEIR GARAGE) The next day we drove back to Houston to return the vehicle. When we arrived back at the Enterprise, things got even more strange. The Manager(WHO WAS VERY RUDE BY THE WAY!) came by to do the inspection for damages, He walked to the vehicle and the first thing he checked for was damages under the car. We never check for anything like that, and it felt as though he knew about it and put the blame on us for the Trashy vehicle. My Wife and I was severely upset because we tried to explain that it was not our doing but Manager did not want to hear it and said he's going to submit a claim anyway. EXCUSE ME!? Now we have a claim on our record because we rented from a shady location we didn't even want to go to. Now we're stuck in a dilemma because we always rent from Enterprise, but if we go to corporate on issue we'll most likely be put on a no rental list. To anyone reading this skip this location, it'll be for your own good.

It seems the theme of my reviews today is "You get what you get"…read more I reserved a manager's special for an EV car because I'm traveling to Arizona (my work schedule didn't allow me to travel via train like a sane person and I don't trust Frontier airlines) I arrived and didn't really see any EV cars. While the woman attending to me was nice, she asked me,"Do you absolutely need an Electric car" and from the past reviews I already know what was happening but I was already on a time crunch and I should have already been hitting the road at this point. I answered no but asked what she had avaliable and to my surprise, 90% of the cars on the lot had some sort of issue. She was able to get me into a nice little Jeep Compass and they got it cleaned up for me. She hurried back in and when I got in the car, I realized there was no gas in it. I never had a rental car with no gas. It was almost like a "Here, damn" type situation. Of course I took my photo and plan to reach out to customer service to discuss this. What really got me upset was seeing that I was charged extra for being switched to another car. I believe that I shouldn't be charged extra at all for something that they couldn't provide. Honestly, this location shouldn't have been bookable if they couldn't keep up with any demand. I had rental companies before call other locations and uber me to make sure I was taken care of. I could understand if they put me in a full size SUV or a minivan but not for something as equal value as what I booked. Overall, your best bet is to call this location ahead of time to make sure they even can assist you.

Because it was close to the World Cup, almost every rental location was fully booked with tourists, and after visiting multiple places, I honestly started to lose hope. After a short conversation, Son immediately understood what my family needed. He recommended a Chevrolet Suburban for its spacious interior, room for two baby car seats, comfortable seating for additional family members, and a large trunk for all our luggage. It turned out to be the perfect choice for our trip. What truly stood out was Son's professionalism and kindness. He took the time to walk me through the SUV's features, carefully inspected the vehicle with me, and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Knowing that we had less than an hour before heading out of town, he also sped up the checkout process to help us get on the road quickly. Most importantly, Son went above and beyond by finding me an excellent rental rate as a graduation gift. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to me and my family. I went from feeling completely hopeless with no vehicle available to driving one of the best SUVs I could have asked for during such an important moment in my life. Thank you, SON NGUYEN, for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience for my family. The drive on I-45 is boring, and flying takes as long as driving, despite the short flight, with the added hassle of security checks and delays. But have I ever considered taking the bus? Yes! I have researched some companies servicing that route, but I wasn't completely convinced about how safe, comfortable, and reliable they would be. I am grateful that my coworkers recommended Vonlane, a premium bus service that operates between Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. The service is top-notch, more comfortable than flying, and includes complimentary meals, drinks, and snacks. They have a fleet of luxury buses with amenities such as free wifi, a restroom, and spacious leather seats. The prices are comparable to cheap flights, but the experience is more "refined", more enjoyable, and certainly more productive, especially for business travel. In my two trips so far, I have had no complaints except for a delay caused by a faulty audio system, which coincided with street repairs in front of the Hyatt Regency in downtown Houston (Vonlane's terminal). Passengers had to wait in the Houston heat with no shade for 30 minutes, leaving us sweaty by the time we boarded the bus. Despite this inconvenience, overall, my experience with Vonlane has been great.
