I was in an accident and needed a rental while my car was being repaired. The manager, Tamra Gift,…read more mentioned their additional insurance that was available and I asked the cost. She told me it was $129. Although I typically turn down additional insurance, I was still shaken from my accident and felt that $129 wasn't a bad price, so I agreed. When I returned the car, I was hit with a charge of $753.71. I asked the manager about this excessive charge and she recalled telling me $129, but that was actually for only 5 days, not the entire rental period. The amount of $25.99/day was never mentioned. This was purposely misleading and I asked her to rectify the situation. She said she had already closed out my rental and there was nothing she could do. After further discussion, she agreed to contact her manager, but said it wouldn't be until Monday (I was there on Thursday). I waited for a call or text that never came. I followed up twice and never received a response. Not only is this is a shady practice to purposely mislead customers, it is the worst customer service I have EVER received.

I stopped in to see if the door handle to my vehicle could be fixed and learned I needed to get a new one. One arrived within a few days and I merely stopped in and the car was fixed within 15-30 minutes. I was so impressed and can't say enough wonderful things about this family owned and operated shop. We will be back and will send anyone who asks us about our experience. I intend to share my experience widely as I was so impressed! The easy to find, yet nondescript building, along with a field of randomly parked limousines, shuttle buses, and a school bus, had me knowing I was in the right place. During my first visit with Greg, the owner, I knew I wanted to do business here. There was no high pressure sales pitch or shady business dealings. Greg had a genuine interest in what my plans are and shared invaluable information. Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
