I was in an accident and needed a rental while my car was being repaired. The manager, Tamra Gift, mentioned their additional insurance that was available and I asked the cost. She told me it was $129. Although I typically turn down additional insurance, I was still shaken from my accident and felt that $129 wasn't a bad price, so I agreed. When I returned the car, I was hit with a charge of $753.71. I asked the manager about this excessive charge and she recalled telling me $129, but that was actually for only 5 days, not the entire rental period. The amount of $25.99/day was never mentioned. This was purposely misleading and I asked her to rectify the situation. She said she had already closed out my rental and there was nothing she could do. After further discussion, she agreed to contact her manager, but said it wouldn't be until Monday (I was there on Thursday). I waited for a call or text that never came. I followed up twice and never received a response. Not only is this is a shady practice to purposely mislead customers, it is the worst customer service I have EVER received. read more

most enterprises will work with you but I've had nothing but bad experiences with this one. don't tell someone you will wait for them to get here to switch them out of the vehicle you gave them, which was huge compared to what they're used to driving, then when I got there five minutes after they closed- they said they would wait; I live over 45 minutes away, and they called me within those 45 minutes. if I could rate this one zero stars I would. very poor customer service! My employer booked a vehicle, everything was confirmed. I get a call in the morning that Enterprise, with the words Rent A Car in the name, has no cars. Well then what are you guys doing at your location? Sitting down getting paid? It's hilariously ridiculous. read more

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I was in a car accident (not my fault) and was placed in a rental. The staff continually charged my card even after they were provided with the information to be paid by my insurance adjuster, lied about when I brought my rental back so that I would owe money, lied about my voicemail being full, lied about charging my card, and when I ask who I could send images of the proof to they informed me they were "too busy because things come up" for me. Chaz was in charge of this issue and he better hope he's never in a situation where he needs service from me. read more

I placed a rental for a vehicle at this Enterprise location through our work reservation system. Confirmation was received but when I arrived they had no vehicles available. Literally not a single vehicle at this location. It was a giant waste of an hour and no one there was willing to do anything to rectify the situation. They basically said sorry you are out of luck. I will never rent from this location again. read more
