I got different representatives, but both were competent and able to help me. I used this car rental site (versus renting from the airport) since I was renting for a long time, two weeks plus, which was significantly cheaper.

very bad experience - was in the process of buying a car that kept running into snags so i could…read morenot take delivery of the car. next day car was being worked on and parts were being delivered throughout the day. after a while, my confidence in the car was deteriorating. everything about the deal was going great - the salesperson - a wonderful, honest and person with a ton of integrity. when i decided i didn't want the car all went left and i was thrown out of the dealer, told not to come back as the egotistical owner couldn't take the fact they they simply messed up and it affected my experience. i'll never go back here (well, im not allowed anyway, but if i was i wouldn't go back). i wouldn't say don't go to this place. they can be very nice people - just be careful.
