Sometimes I even get downgraded from what I reserved! And there is never a car or portfolio set up for you if you are preferred plus. So there is absolutely no advantage to having status. Sometimes the run out of cars. If the one employee sleeps late, needs to use the restroom, or has a tough customer - you are out of luck. If 4 people beat you there at opening, the wait is 30 minutes. Positives: there is a wawa right near it to fill up at a cheaper price and they don't charge extra for one way to airport. Cindy's customer service and support brings here southern charm to the east coast and makes me happy to rent from this location.
