The car was available but I was told I had to wait 25 minutes until the time I had reserved it for. I offered to pay for the difference (although shouldn't need to if it is a daily rate) and was told that because I used Expedia to reserve I couldn't do anything. After providing my license, I was asked to provide a copy of my car insurance policy. I explained that I had purchased coverage when I had reserved the car. The customer service person then told me that this company does not accept "third party" coverage and I needed to provide my own. That's when I left.

Last year, a perfect job was done installing body side moldings on a new Mazda CX5. That same car brushed under a tree branch (oops) and scratches resulted on the roof. Fortunately a staff member rendered an opinion that the scratches could possibly be removed by using a liquid lacquer. And, he did what was needed, easily. Wow, was I impressed. Moreover, there was no charge. I am greatly appreciative and strongly recommend this shop.
