I had to put my Hyundai in the shop at Ron Carter Hyundai for some warranty work. My company provided me with a rental through Enterprise. The fleet management company set up the rental for me but I had to go pick it up. This specific location happens to be next door in the collision center directly behind the Lexus dealership on the Gulf Freeway. Courtney was the person on staff when I picked up my vehicle and when I dropped it off a few days later. She is very personable and helpful. She quickly got my rental out to me. Overall, she did a great job. It was the newest vehicle I have ever rented from Enterprise. This Nissan Rogue had less than 3000 miles when I picked it up. This was a hidden location too which I think helps with the overall service I received. The wait for a car did not take long at all. I am very pleased. Bottom line: When renting from Enterprise, I will try to rent from this location in the future. The service was excellent and the wait was minimal. What more can I ask for. An easy 5-star review.

The guy was slow and when we get to the desk he was rude and racist he said he told us he tried to call but the number was wrong. Then he said he only have a mini van and the car that I reserved he sad he didn't have the key. He didn't give us his name he said he was the manager a tall caucasian wearing a black cross on his neck all I can say really know what he is wearing because it wasn't shown to day. I will really like for this man to get better customer service to all people and return all my funds and this will be posted on all my sites until we get a written apology for wasting our time making us late and being so rude. I've had the worst experience with National than I have with any other car rental service I've…read moreused. When I arrived on Sunday at 9am when they were supposed to open, no on was there. I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up, eventually had the car brought over to find the tire pressure monitoring sensor was on, but that model didn't show the actual pressure. Went back in, they took the car and then brought it back with the same error showing and said it was fine to drive. Not to mention the exterior of the car was very dirty, with a couple half-hearted swipes with a rag it looked like. About 3 hours into my trip, I got rear ended at a stop light in a small town in Texas. Police showed up asking for insurance information that I wasnt on my car rental agreement. I spent the next hour being bounced around National's hellscape that is their customer service departments. No one has access to the info I needed, but they were happy to keep sending me to another department or giving me another phone number to call. Finally, the officer said don't worry about it, you aren't at fault. National can figure out the insurance side and let me go. Then I got to spend another 45 minutes trying to find out what National wanted me to do with the damaged vehicle I was now stuck with. I was told that the nearest location I could swap it out was at a small regional airport an hour out of my way. But not to worry they would call ahead and set everything up. When I arrived, the clerk and manager had no idea who I was and that they had no vehicles to rent for THREE OR FOUR HOURS. I still had 3 hours to drive and it was 6pm by now and I had a job to get early the next morning. This delay ended up with my being late for that job and having to cancel my flight and instead drive 8 hours to my next assignment. I called National AGAIN to try to switch to a more comfortable vehicle, was told again to go to another branch and they would set everything up. You can guess what happened next, that branch had no idea who I was and had nothing available. I have not heard back from National regarding any of this, any contact has been on my part chasing them around and receiving noncommital "apologies". Edit: I reached out again after National's automated response to this review and was told again that there was no way to contact anyone higher up or to address my issues and that I would receive a call back "sometime". Thanks National!
