I had one problem with the billing I did not understand. I was charged for a driving and delivery but the mileage was free. I called to get clarification but didn't get any. The person I spoke to said she was an assistant manager but I could hear someone in the background coaching her on what to say. When I asked to talk to them she said they were talking on the phone not to her. I didn't appreciate being patronized like that. Because she could not explain and we were not getting anywhere she took the price off. I still never understood why that charge was on there.
