They made note of the problem and told me to contact a location near my destination. Saturday, I called Inverness location and they didn't have any cars. Was told they would get back to me. Wed I called them back and still no cars. Said there were 16 people ahead of meCalled the 800#. and they said they would locate one for us. The guys even helped me figure out how to put the seats down before I left the lot. All went as it should. I will definitely rent from this office again should the need arise!

I had called the customer service 888 number and spent some time on hold and then with a customer service rep. She told me that my reservation was not "modifiable" and when I explained that I was a frequent renter as I traveled for work and I often modified my reservations she kept insisting no modifications were allowed. Since I was staying in Ocala I decided to stop in this location to see if I could modify my reservation. In less than two minutes the employee here modified my reservation and I was out the door with the vehicle. Excellent customer service here. The lot is very small though and difficult to maneuver.
