Very happy with my rental and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I will never rent from enterprise again. They give you a car either no fuel and then they don't tell you where the gas cap release is. They wouldn't answer the phone so I had to google it. Terrible customer service. read more

Good - my attendant was extremely friendly. She made you feel very welcome. Asked great questions and was trying to help. Bad - vehicle wasn't ready during the reservation time and it had to be cleaned. It also had a hold on it for oil change? So it was all very confusing to get here on time. Got two phone calls to confirm the pick up and not to have it ready was a slight inconvenience. OAN - I did ask the attendant about the delay. She advised that she would push back the return time so I feel like I was properly compensated. 5% It was two people that had to wait for a long time --- yikes read more

The young lady who helped me this morning, was exceptionally kind and professional. She took care of my needs quickly, I was able to get out of there and on the road within minutes. An excellent example of a customer service should be. read more

Whatever you do, do not deal with PAM. Ask for anyone else. She is rude, arrogant, and definitely does not want to do her job. She even disappeared halfway through the ordeal she created, and another woman had to finally come out and take over. If it weren't for PAM, I would give a much better review. read more

Wonderful service. Pleasant smiling people. Brand new car with only 115 miles on it. I do not have one thing too complain about. The rental car prices were good and they even have a gas deal going on right now ($1.99 per gallon) that allows you to pay up front to avoid having to worry about filling up your tank before returning your car. The car was very clean and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend renting from her due to respect I received from the staff and quick service. I received exactly what I requested without any issues. This is hard to find nowadays! I recommend renting a vehicle from here if you are in the Ocala area. read more

if i could be zero stars I would. I reserved a 7 person van last night and it got confirmed and everything. Got me and my kids ready to go get it and apparently they hey didn't have a van for us and it was our loss pretty much. We were leaving this morning for a funeral of my cousin who was just 18 years old that died of an overdose. Get your shit together. This is NOT how you do business. read more

This Enterprise location is a joke..Please Beware..Take lots of photos before and after of miles and gas..This location is a rip off charged me for refueling and still charged me to refuel I had proof of everything, and was called a liar from staff and Manager.Even having proof of miles and gas we put in van ,and still continuing calling us liars..I would not refer my worst enemy to this location..Manager should be Fired. What a joke..!!!!! What a great experience with my rental. When your cars been in an accident the last thing you need is more stress. The process was seamless! Called, they didn't have a car at first but said they would try to find one. 15 minutes later they called back and they had a car. It was brand new, clean and ready to go by the time I got there. The staff was so friendly. I had the car for about a week, and when I returned it they were so nice and happy to have the car back to get to the next customer. They made the whole experience so pleasant. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely use them again! Thank you! read more

This enterprise is a joke. They rented out a stink car and wanna charge to get it clean. Don't waste your time coming to this enterprise I shouldn't went by the reviews from this location... Go elsewhere not here!!! read more

Waiting in line for an Hour at this point even though everything was pre-paid online. Only 1 person working the desk, two others cleaning cars and picking up other people. The two workers had a quarrel in front of all of the people in line. The desk person is cleaning the cars while there's a like of people waiting to check in or return a car. Terrible service. Why send two workers to pick up a renter while you have a line??? No line at the other 2 rental Places here. Update: 2 hours waiting. Only two people were in line ahead of us. read more

I have been using this branch for my truck rental needs for over 1 year and would like to commend the Mgr Emanuel and his specialist John on the excellent service they provide. I rented from Penske in Ocala one of the worst service and they are costly for no reason, however I move my business to Enterprise and it was the best decision. So to these 2 young men John and Manny ,keep up the excellent work. You guys are awesome. read more

Airport Enterprise voided my confirmed reservation because I arrived more than an hour later than my reservation. Manager lied to me, and his desk staff, that he'd attempted to call me. Poorly run, poorly managed. read more

***This location is not closed.*** In fact! I rent from them whenever I'm in town as I'm a truck driver and my job has a terminal down the road from them. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. Highly Flexible on payment options, reasonable, as they are always willing to work with people and yes, they actually come pick you up lol. Competent and respectable team, great management. Cars are new, generally low mileage(Under 30-35k), very clean and well maintained. And cant forget to mention a modest variety of cars to choose from. Compared to other places i never have an issue with their rates/prices. Painless and a straight up In/Out ordeal for both first time renter's and repeat customers. Always my number 1 choice. read more

Even though this Enterprise location is smaller, the customer service is fantastic. From the Manager, to to agent who got me in my car, to the gentleman who drove me home, every person I came in contact with made my experience enjoyable. Nice to see that customer service is still alive. read more

The rental was great and the management was friendly. The only problem was when we left the oil light came on for changing oil. We had to take time out of our trip to get an oil change. Which was inconvenient. That should have been done before the van was sent out. Other than that. read more

From the reservations to pick up & drop off went without a hitch. They called two days in advance to make sure I still wanted the car and they called a day after pick to see if everything was ok with the car. Very nice people to deal with. Access the facility was right off the main road and was super easy. I will use them again in future read more

I rent from Enterprise and Avis. I am very happy with both. I recently rented from this Enterprise location and service was great, professional and courteous. The car was really nice and impeccable. Will use them again for certain. read more

first (premium) car was dirty, soiled and smelled of cigarette smoke. I then waited for another car to be cleaned, but it wasn't my first choice of cars. They should really get their act together. read more

Terrible servise, the Supervisor Orlando has no people skills. After returning the car at the location and date he instructed me to, I find out that I got charged an extra day. The only way to get my money back was to file a claim with my bank. I rather go anywhere else but here, even if I have to pay more. read more
