By the time my husband left there were many people on line waiting because the "office" (the corner of a hallway outside a hotel pool), only fits one person at a time. The "computer" in the office is running an ancient operating system (windows 95) and so it takes forever to print out anything and the guy "working" there refuses to change or fix any mistakes, The entire experience was a complete waste of almost an hour of time.
