I love coming back here. These folks are very helpful and easy to deal with. I very much enjoyed the Kia EV6 that they hooked me up with!

13/10 - Highly recommend !!…read more So, allow me to preface this with a little background: my car broke down and I was looking for a rental car until the mechanic fixed mine. I started with the Enterprise near my home in Cheeseman/Congress Park area. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available. So I took a Lyft to the Enterprise Rent A Car at 351 N Broadway (terrible- do not recommend!) They didn't have anything except a muscle car available. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car a few blocks down on the SAME ROAD that had "normal" cars and SUV available. I was lucky, and had JUST BARELY enough time to get a ride there and pick up a regular SUV with a quiet motor and a regular steering column etc. I feel very safe in the vehicle I'm driving. So if you need a vehicle, ask for JAKE at 1790 S Broadway. He was incredibly patient and kind, despite the minute that it was a last minute reservation, and nearly closing time. He apologized to me for "having to wait." He seemed exhausted. I told him please not to apologize and thanked him for helping me out at the last minute. He was able to get me a very clean (immaculate) vehicle within 10 minutes or so. The car has no damage, only 11k miles, and drives so well on the road. It's a Mazda Cx-5 for reference and the steering wheel is neither too loose nor too hard. It's been about 10 days since I got my rental and I've had to extend the rental period twice already- Jake made it easy for me to do that. I am definitely going to let Corporate know about Jake and hopefully he'll get a promotion and a big raise soon! **UPDATE: Somehow the key fob broke in half and I lost half of it - which had the battery. So, I was unable to return the car as planned. Jake sent me the number for roadside assistance. The roadside assistance sent Pete's Towing to help me, giving me an estimated time of arrival window of 90 minutes. The roadside assistance team sent me text updates. The guy from Pete's Towing called me two or three times to give me status updates. He arrived within the 90 minute window. I was able to wait down the street in my apartment with A/C on instead of having to stand outside in the summer heat, because he called me when he was ten minutes away to let me know. He opened the car door in about 1 minute and surprisingly the car actually turned on! So I was able to get my belongings out of the SUV, and then I drove it back down to Enterprise at 1790 S Broadway. Jake and his colleague were there, super understanding and incredibly kind. They took the car key, quickly collected my debit card for the remainder of the fee, and offered to find me a ride back home if I needed one. I was able to wait quietly in their office while waiting for my Lyft back home. Definitely would recommend this team and this location. If you need a vehicle, be sure to go to the Enterprise Rent A Car at THIS LOCATION: 1790 S Broadway.

First of all, I had a reservation time but had to wait for the car to be cleaned and ready. Even then, I didn't think the car was cleaned that well... The car play in the car doesn't really work. I wasn't the only one who tested it and it freezes or has a really hard time connecting with the USB plugged in. I was better off using my phone holder add-on, which was disappointing. The car needed maintenance in 600 miles and because I needed this rental until my car was repaired, it felt like another thing hanging over my head. Lastly, I had to fill up the air in the tires a few days after I got the car...I suspect a leak from the last driver. I feel like they could have done a better job checking and maintaining the car, so I'd have a different experience. The rest of the service was okay, and I unfortunately had to call back a few times about billing (my insurance agent told me I was incorrectly charged).

All my favorite cars from my favorite shows of my teens and childhood. Everything from Herbie, the Mystery Machine, the A Team van, the Delorean from Back to the Future, Kitt from Knight Rider and so on. Our experience started by being greeted and checked in by a beautiful and friendly woman named Elliott. She was all smiles and puts a great face on this incredible place. She even let my two make companions in for free as there are in the military. This was exceptionally nice of her and this entire organization. I really support businesses that support or troops and their families. This museum is located in a great place. Huge viewing floor, well lit and beautifully maintained. There is plenty of parking and there's no stairs or steps to negotiate of any kind. They have a small gift ship and there is even a food truck in the parking lot. I enjoyed myself immensely and I'm looking forward to going back with a few other car enthusiast friends of mine. Again, thank you Elliott for making our visit so pleasant. We will be back soon.

The mall itself is in a strip mall, and this is pretty much the biggest business here to hold all these cars in. So there's plenty of parking. Walked in and there was a person who greeted me right away. Very nice person. She and I chatted and she up gave the few rules like please don't touch the cars , don't cross the ropes, pretty much behave yourself. I paid my entry fee ($12) and looked around the little gift area that they had. When you walk past all of the curtains, it's huge with so many cool things to see. You can go clockwise or counterclockwise and then there is the center location of movie cars as well. I saw so many neat replicas and then actual movie used props and cars. Everything from Dukes of Hazzard, fast and the furious, fall guy , cobra Kai, Batman, Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones, Christine, Transformers, back to the future, twisted metal, it's just amazing. There's so many I can't even list everything. They have interactive buttons, which I thought that was pretty cool. They have restrooms and a water fountain to refill your water bottles. There is lots to read about the cars and you can even inquire which ones are for auction. I spent a good hour and a half here. I really like the way that they set things up in here and I'm sad to see them go, but you can still go this week before they close down (August 2nd, 2025) to find a new location. This is a really cool thing for people of all ages and I do recommend checking them out.

We took our vehicle in for an initial estimate with them and a repair date was scheduled a month down the road. We brought our car in at the appointed time. Mike, the owner called me once tear down was complete and estimated 2 weeks for the repair. They also had some warranty work they needed to correct on some prior damage. We were in a rental car through USAA. As time went on, we were told our car was "in production" over and over again. As insurance companies do, they only approve the rental car for the estimated amount of initial repair time (2 weeks). USAA called saying they had not received information from Hampden about a supplement and could not approve the rental without one, we called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Mike. Mike was argumentative stating that the car was in line for repair and there was nothing he could do. That there was no supplement, they were busy and would submit a supplement at the end of the work if there was one. USAA explained that they could not approve a rental for beyond the time allotted without a supplement and round and round they went while I, the customer, was stuck in the middle. Eventually USAA approved the rental for another 2 weeks despite not having any supplemental information. At the end of those 2 weeks (they've now had my car for a month) I was again stuck with no car and the end of the rental looming. I called Hampden again and spoke with Brian. He informed me that my car was in line for paint and was not ready. USAA approved the rental extension based on that for a week. Then at the end of the week, here we go again. USAA had reached the end of what they could pay for a rental without supplemental information. We again called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Brian. Not only was Brian not helpful he was rude and obstructive. He proceeded to the tell the adjuster that he wasn't going to argue repair time with her because she didn't know what she was talking about and my car was in line for paint. The adjuster responded that she has been in the business for 20 years and she understands how repair shops work. The conversation devolved from there . Needless to say, there was no resolution and the call ended badly. So badly in fact that the adjuster called me back and recommended that I report them to their corporate office, unfortunately, there isn't one. At this point, my 2-week repair was at 7 weeks and they could no longer justify a rental car. A week went by, now without a rental car and again I called Hampden expecting my car to be finished, after all it was in line for paint a week ago, surely it must be done by now. This time Mike fielded my call. My car still wasn't done and it was still in line for paint. When I inquired as to why my car sat for a week waiting for paint since I was told the same thing a week ago, Mike explained that they have 60 cars on rotation there. Some of those cars have been sitting for months waiting for parts and when those parts come in they get pushed to the front of the line further delaying my repairs. To his credit Mike did offer to pay for a rental vehicle and did cut us a check at the end. My car ended up taking an additional 2 weeks for a total of 9 weeks! For a drivable, minimal damage repair. Do they do good work, yes. Is it the most frustrating experience you will ever have, also yes. Hampden Auto body is like dropping your car into a black hole. Whatever they tell you for a time estimate is a lie, multiply it by at least 4. Don't expect them to work with the insurance company paying for your repairs. They blatantly refused to use the USAA online document submission system and refused to send the paperwork to justify extending the rental. Expect Mike and Brian to be condescending, obstructive and thoroughly unhelpful. I cannot recommend them less. There are plenty of good repair shops in Denver that are better organized, customer friendly and courteous
