Faith Joseph suggested I get the brakes repaired at their expense. Umm, no thanks! Then she said the system was down but they'd call when the computers were working or I could call to follow up. I called at 1pm and was put on hold. After 30 minutes I headed to Enterprise. No-one clicked back over to say "our system is still down, we'll call you when it's working." I got in line and disconnected the call, 3 agents were at the desk. I explained that I'd been left on hold indefinitely. Tyler said, "That's cause the system had been down." It wasn't much of a greeting and no apology or status update was provided. 15 minutes later I asked if the system was back up. "No." Someone could have mentioned that.. I said I'd written a good review but it's bad service to leave customers on hold indefinitely then ignore them in line. Faith became defensive and argumentative, stating "the system was down when you called, it was down when you got in line and it's down now." She repeatedly called me rude and raised her voice. When I said the conversation was unproductive, Faith said "I can talk as long as I want. I don't have to listen to you." Faith said she should terminate my contract and because she is the branch manager I have no recourse. I have never been treated so rudely. Eventually, I gave up and left. A few hours later after I'd already gassed up and driven home, Ada called to say the system was back up. I returned and switched into a safer car. What could have been remedied with a courteous phone call escalated into a 7 hour ordeal. Ada and Bobby were great. Unfortunately, Faith's unprofessionalism and hostility ruined the entire experience. Returning the car was smooth, a very nice lady checked me out and dropped me off half a mile away. I received my receipt via email. But the damage is done. I will never patronize this Enterprise again. Renter beware!

I read in a book about tourism in GA that you save money when you don't rent from an airport and boy were they right! I compared it and it was almost a $20 difference! And I took a pool Uber from ATL airport to this Thrifty for $3.99! Just a friendly tip (or maybe I just live under a rock). There was only 1 customer in front of us and that was a touch and go so we barely waited. The employee immediately acknowledged us when we walked in which was appreciated. I had a reservation. The man I regret to say I forgot his name, but he was polite and professional. 4 day rental (did not charge a 5th day with an 8am drop off which was great), $18 dollars a day+$15-taxes/fees.They only put a $100 deposit hold on your account, unlike a $200 hold that Hertz and Alamo abide by when I've used them. We got a Chevy compact car with great mileage of 33.7 MPG. It was a comfortable ride, great brakes, had a rear camera for peace-of-mind reverse. I think its excellent that they allow to drop off your car on your last day of rental even though their not open. It gets frustrating to pay for an extra day of rental just because the company isn't open (even though of course its a marketing strategy). ***IMPORTANT:The employee gave us instruction for us since our time of drop off is before they're open, to take a parking ticket letting the gates open for us, park on the 10th floor, and drop off the keys at the box located on the side of the building. That was easy to find, but there was a sign that said "on invoice of reservation, write gas tank amount, miles on the odometer, and date/time of drop off and place on dash". Even though the gentleman didn't inform us of all that, I did not want to incur fees all because I did not complete an instruction. This is all because of the personal who is untrained and gives WRONG information. There was no way we could drive it back to Atlanta and risk it breaking down or missing our performance. We were on a time crunch and cannot stop at every charging station making the trip and additional 4 hours. We went to Savannah airport the next day to exchange the electric car for one that took gas. However, they made us pay for a completely new car reservation. They took the Electric car back. They said they would email Thrifty at Atlanta airport to let them know the electric car was returned. However, they refused to CC us on the email. Guess what???!!! The email was never sent. We returned the car that took gas the next day to Atlanta and they said they had NO record of us returning the electric one in Savannah. But get this! When they scanned the car that took gas back as a return they scanned the wrong car as it was the electric one! So now everything is screwed up. And there's no proof of us returning either car and they will not close the accounts. On top for that, we are paying for 2 car rentals. I keep calling 912-966-2277. But no one picks up. I can't get in touch with anyone. AND NO ONE is handling this properly. I want a refund or I'm calling and reporting to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Someone could get in a major accident. Thrifty cannot tell a customer a car takes gas when it doesn't!!!!!! Then charge us extra for a new car and never close the account.

Plastic Breeze cards are reusable, reloadable, balance protection if registered. They can be used over and over again for 3 years, and only have a $2 fee once, until they expire after 3 years, and you need another one. As for Marta? If making a lot of trips, passes are $9 for the day or $14 and $16 for a two or three day passes. Check the schedule so that you know where to transfer, which exit to take and what is running. The Convention Center is huge, so be prepared for a long walk after leaving the terminal. The redline has limited hours on Sunday, so plan ahead.
