After I dropped my car off at Honda Body Shop, they called for someone at Enterprise to come pick me up for my rental reservation. They came in a huge rush after the guy at Honda made a big deal and asked to speak to an Enterprise manager, which I was so embarrassed about, since I didn't ask for the rush. Anyway, the worker who picked me up in a Jeep Compass was apologetic but friendly and took me back to the Enterprise shop on Peachtree in Brookhaven. After completing some paperwork, she asked if I would be ok with driving the Jeep that she'd picked me up in. I tried to ask for something smaller, as my compact Civic sedan is much smaller than the small SUV. Even so, she claimed this was the best match. I didn't want to make a big deal, and I had things to do... and I had never gotten my own rental before, so I just went with it. I also wasn't sure how many requests or how picky I could be since it was a free rental (well, covered by the other party's insurance). They tried to push their daily rental insurance plan on me and made me feel a little uncomfortable saying no. However, I didn't want to pay any more for this rental and situation as I was already paying with my time and stress, so I declined the sales pitch. I was uncomfortable at first, but ultimately happy I did, in hindsight, as I only drove the vehicle several days. I was not happy with the smell that I later realized came with the car. It smelled like feet once I turned on the A/C, which I hadn't noticed when she'd driven me to the store. I went out and bought my own air freshener because I was starting to get nauseous. I was also not used to how much of a gas guzzler this car was compared to my Honda. Thank god for gas efficient Japanese cars. While I was finally starting to get used to driving this higher up, larger vehicle with no back camera... I finally returned the car after about 5 days. I was definitely happy to get my Civic back without a second thought. I just wish there were a larger variety of vehicles to choose from.

The guy working at the time (Andre) confirmed he would make a note, and I was good to go. I arrived at this location right before closing, and told there were no cars left and nothing they could do. I asked when they ran out of cars, and Andre communicated it happened at 1pm (before my modified arrival time). Out of consideration for Enterprise, I called AHEAD to confirm I was still coming, and they still failed to be prepared for my reservation. I was then told that making a reservation online is a "request" for a reservation, not an actual reservation - which makes no sense. I was left stranded in Atlanta with no options, no vehicle, and all of my luggage. I unfortunately was never able to get a car. I will NEVER give Enterprise my business again, the quality of this company has continued to decline and customer service is non-existent. If you need a rental car, go ANYWHERE ELSE!

When I arrived, I was assisted by a manager in training whose badge did not show a name, only "manager in training." From the beginning, the interaction felt unprofessional and overly focused on upselling services I did not request. When I declined the upgrades, I was then told I needed a debit card along with additional documents such as utility bills matching my ID and address. I recently moved a few months ago and have not yet updated all of my documents, so I was unable to meet those requirements. While waiting for my Uber to return home to retrieve my debit card, I ultimately decided to cancel the reservation instead. During my time inside, I also observed the same employee using very aggressive and forceful sales tactics with another customer who was foreign. The man repeatedly stated he only wanted what he reserved and told him he didn't like this sales approach he was coming with, yet the employee continued pushing upgrades in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. He assumed because he was from another country he would say yes to his sales tactic. He came across as rude and dismissive when the customer refused. After leaving, I was able to go to Enterprise Car Rental instead, and they were able to get me into a car quickly at a great price with a much smoother and more professional experience. They were able to verify the utility bills and sent me on my way without a hassle. Overall, the experience at SIXT felt disorganized, overly aggressive with sales tactics, and not customer-focused. Because of this, I will not be renting from SIXT again.

We had decided to book this rental car from a stand alone store since the airport didn't have anything available and we were able to take this car back to the airport. When we arrived to the store to pick up the car the process had went really smoothly. The worker had explained everything to us . We did notice that there was a piece from the bottom of the car that was hanging. We had pointed it out to the worker and she said we wouldn't be charged and that they knew that. Overall we didn't have to spend much time here. Surprisingly we were in and out within 15 min or less. If you are looking for a place with good customer service than check this place out.

I'm a Presidential Circle member, so I try to use Hertz as much as possible. The airport location frankly has waaaay more options when it comes to vehicles, but it's inconvenient for me to go and the fees are usually higher. Buckhead's fleet has always been consistently pretty good. I've never rented a dirty or old vehicle. They also try their best to give me the best car in the respected class. For now, this is the location I will continue renting from.

Cee-Cee, the employee at the counter gave me a welcoming smile & stated she'd be right with me while she finished up with other customers. My turn & Cee-Cee got my info, inspected the vehicle (the Nissan Rogue rides nice & is great on gas) & closed me out all within a few minutes.
