    After having rented several times with SIXT the last year and a half and having great experiences then, this current time has solidified I will never be a customer again. I was given a small SauV with a major crack in the windshield. When picking up I thought maybe it was a water drip because the car was wet from the wash and a service rep had pulled it forward so I could get my copious amounts of luggage in since I was flying coast to coast and staying a while. He had moved the car away from a lost - very nice. However once out of the garage it was very clear it was a massive crack! I immediately called customer service to report and get the car exchanged. I could not turn around and go back that moment as 1) exhausted from cross continental trip 2) had waited in a very long line (unusual for SIXT) to check in 3) said long line had eaten up my time and I had to be somewhere. So the customer service rep says "you're driving it, so it's fine"!!? I can pay to have it towed and switched out or go back. Ummmm ? So I call back and speak w a manager who at least understood the car needed to be switched out. She said she would be connecting w the local team and stay by my phone for 24 HOURS (yes ... stay by the phone for 24 hours lol) awaiting a call. Next day I received two random number calls, picked up waited said hello .... No one ever came on. Next thing I get an email saying "we tried to call you. Come switch out the car or pay for it to be towed" Ummm what? I'm working long days have just paid $750 for the week and now I'm supposed to find the time to come deal w a problem I never shoukd have had because I was given a car that shouldn't be on the road?! I emailed I never received a call nor was there a voicemail left (basic customer service / professionalism one would think - documentation). I responded to the email (four times now - with photos) ... we are four days in now and I still have the undriveabke car no one has called or emailed. DO NOT RENT HERE. Thankfully I took photos and video of the car before leaving ... two men were doing this and I thought maybe I should too. One told me he was hassled for $3500 one time for damage he did not do. He wouldn't use SIXT except his company makes them. Another guy had similar story.

    I can't think of a more incompetent and dishonest company from which to rent a car. We rented a car for over a week and paid in full for our vehicle. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived at this location, they had rented our car leaving us high and dry. To repeat, we didn't just get a reservation: we paid for the entire rental upfront. They had 1 car left, which we rented for an additional amount that was more than our entire rental. When we came back I talked to the manager who said he would take care of it: he gave us a free upgrade and we would see a refund on our credit card the next week. Unfortunately I didn't get this offer in writing or record his verbal promise. Two weeks went by and the charge was still there. We communicated with them via email and phone, but they wouldn't budge. They were comfortable with lying to us. We successfully disputed the extra charge on our credit card. I recommend that you avoid Sixt like the plague.

    GMC Acadia given to us at the last minute

    Awesome service at Sixt! If you are planning on using the Avis at the buckhead Marriott nearby at 3405 Lenox rd do NOT use them. We reserved two days in advance, and not only did they give our car to another customer in the morning, they didn't check ID and let them use our reservation number, so if we didn't call customer service we would have been charged! Not only that but that Avis did not even have a desk attendant. They had a sign that said "back in 10 minutes" and a phone number. Well, when we called the phone number he BLAMED us for "probably making a reservation in the past 2 hours" and told us they had no cars left. Thankfully the awesome team member THE Mark at Sixt blessed us with this beautiful GMC rental 15 minutes before closing! He saved us big time! Highly recommend!

    very rude staff! I called the customer service and no one helped and they don't want to return the money, I called the credit company and thank God they returned everything to me! don't rent a car from these rude scammers

There was a lady that came in when I picked up my car and she immediately had a bad attitude and started a verbal exchange with Corwin. (Bald gentlemen with the epic beard). Even though she was rude I was impressed with how he handled the situation. He was very respectful and laughed it off and she kept persisting she cracked jokes back lightly. Nothing rude, just matching her energy enough to be playful yet professional. I was very impressed. The car was great. Only issue is it needed an oil change half way through. Scared me a bit. But one day with that light on I'm sure is fine. The lady also when I picked it up was wonderful. Very friendly and personable. Fun energy all around. And the OG when I returned was very polite and respectful and got me in and out quickly. Very good experience. I usually don't have good experiences with rentals. Just felt they deserved the love!

    Absolute worst rental experience we've ever had was with this particular hertz. Specifically the…read moremanager Tori was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever worded with. She left dozens of ppl stranded with no rentals after giving away all the reversed rentals. Causing dozens of people to be stranded at the Atlanta airport at 1am. Her entire staff was disrespectful to every single customer. She made my children cry and left elderly handicapped people and small children stranded in an airport and told them she didn't care. Spoke down to them and belittled them. I hope she is never allowed to treat people this way again and something is done about her and her employees callus attitude. after reading more reviews it seems this is an on going issue and hertz has allowed this disgusting behavior from their employees.
