Open concept for the closet. Hooks around the room perfect for an old hooker like me:)

The biggest plus for this hotel is the free parking. Most places charge $30 or more to park in an outside lot without security. The room was fine, and the amenities were good if you are into working out and swimming. I usually spend the nights at a hotel and visit my son and his family. They serve a breakfast with two warm items: a sausage biscuit with egg or an egg omelet with cheese. There are plenty of outlets for all the gear one must travel with. If you like dudes taking selfies, most pictures are of a guy posing and not showing the business. I reported them to no avail. Back when Yelp was more relevant, they would take these pictures down, but Yelp is beginning to fade into darkness.

My spouse and I stayed here 3 nights for a mini vacay. I chose this hotel based on its proximity to O' Hare airport, the age of the hotel, and the free parking. Our flight was earlier than the check-in time but I called them and they allowed us to check-in. Employees were friendly. Hotel was very clean; there was an indoor pool and a workout room for guests. I do wish that the rooms had a microwave. Breakfast: I was not a fan of it but it consisted of a veggie omelette or sausage omelette, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, snack bars, coffee, juices. My spouse said that they had the best coffee! Location: Minutes from the airport; Target and Ross are right across the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and though this hotel is a little far from Downtown Chicago, I would definitely recommend staying here.

    Comfy. Enjoying the Olympics.

Nice greeting, comfortable beds, great shower, room laid out very nicely--every space utilized. The breakfast was perfect--egg white omelets, bagels, granola bars & fruit to take for later--juice and delish fresh ground coffee. Lots of clean space to enjoy the meal, the hostess was awesome. Great location for our trip.

One of the most cleanest hotels I have ever stood in. I arrived around midnight and was quickly assigned a room on a comfortable king-sized bed. Front desk clerk was friendly and so were the staff. Not so much of a view, and o can say that I slept peacefully every night. Complimentary good coffee and tea and not to mention the free breakfast every morning. There was a room temperature pool onsite, along with a workout room. Overall, the best experience any hotel can offer.

SHUTTLE INFO: If you're flying in, the free 24/7 airport…read moreshuttle is technically every 30 minutes. You can track it at TrackMyShuttle.com with code 2930, which is a lifesaver once you realize "every 30 minutes" can sometimes mean "whenever it feels like it" but it's nice being able to see where the shuttle is in real time on the map and I found it accurate. ** If you're at Terminal 2, head to baggage claim and out Door 2C. ** At Terminals 1 or 3, take the escalators down to terminal 2, door 2C ** And if you're at Terminal 5, brace yourself. You'll need the tram to Terminal 2 then walk outside to 2C. Walking is technically possible, but unless you've trained for a marathon, just...don't. ------------------------------------ When I landed (Friday, 10:30 PM), I waited forever for the shuttle. Eventually realized I could've just hopped on the Westin shuttle and walked over, about an 8 min walk. This is easily doable if you don't have a lot of luggage. Learn from my pain. Hampton Inn is only 10 minutes from O'Hare airport. Once I finally got there, though? Not bad at all. My King Suite was spotless, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Better than I expected. For $148 a night, it's a solid deal, especially for work travel. The complimentary breakfast (6- 10am) was actually good, real food, not the "toast and hope" situation you sometimes get at free continental breakfasts. All in all: once you survive the shuttle saga, the stay itself is clean, comfortable, and surprisingly pleasant. It's right next to the Orthopaedic Learning Center, so it's very convenient (1 min walk) if you need to attend any events there. Trust me, after a full days surgical course it's so nice to just easily walk back to your hotel hassle-free. Taco Bell and Small Cheval walking distance right across the street too!

Dining: We dined at Thorn Restaurant & Lounge, located in the hotel lobby, and everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the cocktail menu did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Not So Old Fashioned -- definitely order it smoked! During our business meeting, we ordered breakfast, and I was blown away by the portion sizes. That breakfast burrito with the oven-roasted potatoes could honestly keep you full all day! Accommodations: The rooms are stunning. The décor throughout the property is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large shower provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the charming old-school Frigidaire in the room -- such a fun touch! Service: From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel even checked in with me via text throughout my stay, and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived promptly. This was my first time staying at this property, but it definitely won't be my last. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! #YelpEliteSquad

Parking is an added cost, which is worth noting, though that's pretty standard for this area. One nice perk is the pool, which makes this a good option for families traveling with kids. There's also a small fitness area that works fine for a quick workout. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep before heading out. The room itself was clean and functional, but the furniture felt noticeably outdated and could use a refresh. Visually, the space feels a bit behind the times even though everything worked as expected. The free airport shuttle was a major plus and ran on time, making airport access easy and stress-free. Staff interactions were smooth and efficient without any issues. Overall, this hotel leans more practical than modern or stylish. It's a good fit for short stays or airport layovers. If you're looking for something newer or more upscale, it may fall short, but for convenience and value, it gets the job done. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendly: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

I can't complement this place enough. If you are looking to ditch the crowded bars and expensive NYE parties for something intimate and genuinely relaxing, the Deluxe Spa Suite at Sybaris is the only way to go. We spent New Year's Eve here, and it was hands-down the best decision we've made for a holiday. We stayed in the deluxe spa suite with the in room hot tub and shower. Room is spacious, beautiful, and modern. Pro-Tips for Your Stay: Order In: We brought our own fruit tray and snacks so we never had to leave the room. The Sybaris actually provided us with a snack bag and that was unexpected and awesome. Playlist Ready: The sound system in the suite is great. Set the vibe early! Book Early: NYE fills up fast, so if you're thinking about it for next year, don't wait. Final Verdict: The Deluxe Spa Suite is worth every penny. It's not just a hotel room; it's an experience. If you want to start the year feeling pampered, relaxed, and connected to your partner, this is the spot. We will definitely be making this a New Year's tradition!

The 3 foot weeds in the parking lot certainly don't make it feel like a room that we paid over $ 400 a night for. Your chocolate truffles were candy from Walmart. There were hard water stains in the sink and hot tub. We listened to the tv at full volume because the air conditioner was so loud, which gave us both headaches.
