    Calamari

This is located in the lobby area of the Hilton Hotel at the Nashville Airport. The place is super clean and modern looking. They were busy and only one server/bartender on duty. I ordered a Calamari as an app. It was ok, nothing special at all, very basic.

Main restaurant in the new Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal. Clean, new, spacious, pleasant space. Looks out to a nicely designed and landscaped patio space that's also a walkway for travelers. Great local draft beer choices, good cocktail program. Wife thrilled to see the Aviator on the cocktail menu. It's usually called an Aviation, and they serve on the rocks, so just ask for up if you want the classic Aviation. The Doolittle Old Fashioned was excellent as well, really one of the best and more balanced old fashioneds I've had in a while. Wait staff's small plate to share recommendation was the hummus trio. It does make a nice sharable variety plate. We stuck with the "Chef's Top Choice" selections for our first dinner at Aviators. Wife liked the Night Hawk salad. She particularly commented on the soft boiled egg on top and how moist and flavorful the added chicken was. I had the Attaboy sandwich. Wasn't entirely sure what to expect based on the menu description, and was very pleasantly surprised. Two crispy fried pork chops, tasty slaw and sweet and slightly spicy bbq sauce. A really pleasure to eat, and would happily order again, though I may ask the shoestring fries, though very good and nicely seasoned, to be a bit more extra crispy next time. Left with the impression that dining at the new BNA Hilton, whether the slightly more upscale Aviators, or the casual rooftop lounge, is a winner.

Charming service quick on refills and asking after your needs. The restaurant is inside of the hotel attached to the airport so it's convenient for travelers. Smoked salmon bagel sandwich is really good but has so much cream cheese I was genuinely struggling to eat it. My eyes are bigger than my mouth and stomach. I had to deconstruct the sandwich into something a little more manageable. 80s music jams, elegant atmosphere without the pressure of being formal. Vegetarian options available but very little for vegans.

This is a wonderful place for breakfast lunch or dinner. I recommend the Alaboy sandwich. The venue is wonderful and conveniently located in Hilton. The Serveer remembers me from the last review. She is and was amazing. The fries should be featured they spiced them up with their own blend of spices. The Alaboy pork chop sandwich for lunch was superb.

What an amazing bar! Our bartender, Oliver, was just the best! The sunset is gorgeous and the drinks are great. Highly recommend!

We also ordered the most delicious Brussels Sprouts with goat cheese. Bacon and a drizzle of honey! We finished off our dinner with a banana pudding that was top notch! It was so unique with candied pecans on top!! I would give our anniversary dinner a solid 10/10. Chef Rae is the sweetest person you will meet!! We will definitely eat here again when our travels brings us back to Nashville!!

I'm staying in the Hotel and here on Business for three days. My new office is just 5 minutes and I…read moredidn't really feel like driving around after working all day. I had 4 meals including lunch and three of them were at Blackwood. Not just for convenience but it's that good. The Blackwood Burger was out of this world and I should mention I had it twice including today. A perfect compliment were the fries. Almost like a lite Beer Batter. Very crispy and very delicious. After living in California for so long I told James ( The Best Bartender/Server/ excellent Employee) I wish that I had an Avocado to put on it. That was my Big Back talking. I'm still thinking about those Fries. If your in California think nobody has better.and you hit the mark. Back to th Burger. My first night there I had a chance to meet the Chef, who is said to have done a complete overhaul of the Menu. As you can see from the picture everything was fresh. I also had a chance to taste their Wings which by this point I expected to be not but great. No disappointment there for sure. The Wings are Smoked than a lightly fried to a Crisp. None of those Pigeon Wings either. These were huge Wings and they were exceptional. I believe there are four flavors and got the BBQ Rub. I don't look forward per se to visiting offers for any particular thing othan business, but I'll be staying at this Delta by Marriott on futur visits. I want to also mention that the Hotel Staff is second to none as well. I don't usually say, "I had a great time" on Business trips, but it felt like going home.complete with a hot meal. Thank you to Delta and Blackwood by Marriott for helping make my trip as well as my work completion a success. If you just so happen to live by here it's worth a shot. By the way a tried a Cocktail today made by James and let me tell you that Black.Berry Smash was outstanding. It took me back to my Drink on a Norwegian Cruise trip with the family. I had a seat at the end of the Bar and the Black Berry Smashes kept coming. James turned out to be able to make the perfect drink as well. I'll be back for sure. Y'all Holla' atchaboy'.

We've been to The Finch three times now--twice sitting at the bar and once at a table. We…read moredefinitely prefer the bar, but I think that's just because we're bar people! The bar has two hidden TVs that you can only see when you sit at the bar, which is such a cool touch. It keeps the space feeling upscale without sacrificing the ability to catch a game. The overall ambiance is great, and the music is always at the perfect volume for an easy conversation. The drinks have been consistently excellent. We've tried both cocktails and wine, and everything has been delicious. The wine is a little overpriced in our opinion, but it was so good that I'm glad we still ordered it! On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata. It was very good, but I do wish there had been more sauce and more cantaloupe. The sauce felt more like an accent than something that really tied the dish together. That said, the perfect bite was definitely the burrata with the prosciutto and cantaloupe! For our entrees, Jonathan ordered the pork chop, and I had the piri piri chicken. Both came with broccolini and patatas bravas. I was expecting traditional Spanish-style patatas bravas, so when whole baby potatoes showed up, I was initially a little disappointed. Don't let that fool you, though--these potatoes were incredible!!! Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and packed with flavor! They ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal! My piri piri chicken was fantastic! The portion was much larger than I expected, and the piri piri sauce served on the side was absolutely lick-the-plate good. I found myself dipping the potatoes and broccolini in it because it was just that delicious. Piri piri isn't something you come across often in Nashville, and The Finch absolutely nails it--and at a really reasonable price. Jonathan's pork chop was cooked perfectly with great flavor. It wasn't an over-the-top, show-stopping dish, but for around $30--including both sides--at a more upscale restaurant, it's hard to beat the value. One more recommendation: get the volcano rock shrimp. We had it on a previous visit, and we still talk about it! It's easily one of our favorite dishes we've had here. The Finch has been consistently good every time we've visited, and that's what keeps bringing us back! Great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and solid value for the quality. We'll definitely be back again!
