I do not recommend approaching with the mindset that you will immediately be able to get into a suite. Make sure you plan in advance to check-in with them a reserve a time slot for later. They clean the room right before you enter. There is a sofa that has 2 tiers, so 2 adults can sleep total, with 1 adult taking the upper tier, and the other adult taking the lower tier. It was difficult to get a waitress to come by, and ordering drinks took much longer than it should have. Because of the heat, the lack of service, and the obstructed view, we asked if we could shorten our table reservation. Even though we weren't getting the experience we paid for, we were still told we had to meet the drink minimum. That was especially frustrating and for 4 gals, we paid nearly $400 for 2 hours. I was also celebrating my birthday, and they never came by with the birthday sign or made any type of acknowledgement of the celebration while other tables did receive that benefit.
