Had a large tree by my back fence blown down during a recent storm. The upper branches reached my…read morehouse and damaged the gutters. After I had a crew come and remove the fallen tree I looked on Yelp and found Dan had good reviews so I called him. I gave him a detailed dimensioned description of the damaged sections and corners and he gave me a tentative quote but gave me a date and time he would come by to look it over and get a color match. He came and confirmed the bid and set a date and time for the next week to do the work. He actually called a few days later and said there was a chance he might finish a job sooner than he thought and could come sooner, but it took him a little longer than he thought so he came on the day we originally set. He removed the damaged gutters and determined the fascia boards were okay and then replaced the straight seamless sections, corners and end cap. He used the "hidden" brackets, not the old tube and nail system and the results look great. He cleaned up and hauled off the old pieces. His invoice was the agreed upon amount, which was lower than the insurance company estimated. I am very pleased to provide this review to help folks choose his services.

After it was painted (by someone else), it's pretty much impossible to see where the damage was - even when you know exactly where it was before! I asked for their help and they were able to quickly give me a quote that was exactly what I needed. I was impressed how they were able to quickly schedule the work in spite of the Texas snowstorms and the work was done so well that no cracks were formed in the existing plumbing. (You should have seen how much the foundation had to be moved). I totally recommend Boley's for fixing foundation issues in central Texas. I will be back when I need foundation work again! Although our last inspection wasn't the news we wanted to hear, I am thankful we hired him because we would have been walking into something worse if we did not. The inspection that was provided for this house was lacking in detail and thoroughness on behalf of…read morethe buyer. Upon moving in, an immediate and costly repair to plumbing was incurred - not to mention a whole of other issues that will require a great deal of money to repair - dishwasher not secured in place, outlets not working, outlets loose, garage door apparatus not hung properly, sinks not draining properly, deck considered weathered by inspector is actually rotted and needs replacement, sprinkler systems not working properly, dangerous holes in backyard, there are a whole host of other issues. As most are not trained in what to look for in terms of inspection, I counted on this business to advocate on our behalf - I usually do not complain but this was the worst inspection and I feel very taken advantaged of. I would not recommend this company at all!

After all the reviews I've posted regarding my new home purchase, I nearly forgot to make mention…read moreof the super-professional service provided by SunView Inspections. Their website makes online scheduling of your home inspection easy and efficient. Apart from the 200% guarantee and the free major appliance recall check, Jerry and his staff ensure that the inspection of your home will be thorough and extensive. In my particular case, Jerry arrived on site at the specified time range and was conscientious as to not track dirt into the home by wearing shoe covers (very detail-oriented). He did not rush through the process and when a potential sign of trouble or malfunction arose, he paid extremely close attention to be sure that his assessments were correct. At the conclusion of the inspection, Jerry went over the documentation item by item, pointing out to me the things that were of paramount importance and those that could wait until a later date to address. Later that evening, PDF copies of the home and termite inspection were in my e-mail inbox, ready to print and review. Because of Jerry's attention to detail and thorough nature, I was able to go back to the seller with a professional and well documented list of the things I needed repaired before the sale could go through. Without a doubt, I would recommend SunView Inspections to any prospective home buyer. Besides giving you piece of mind as to the condition of your potential home, you are better able to prioritize what you need to address first once you begin the move-in process. Well done Jerry!!

They work hard and they push through until it's all done. The quote was more than reasonable and they fit in with my schedule adapting as things changed.
