He spent so much time on the phone with me explaining the details and process of the job I needed done. He never got frustrated with my endless questions or my indecisiveness. He taught me all about mold, mitigation, remediation, restoration, and the process for estimating costs. He set my anxious mind at ease, which is not an easy task. Then his team came and did a great job! All of the recon companies mentioned they were worried the counter top would get broken during demo, so Bryan sent his counter top guy out to take it off. Success! Counter top stayed intact as did everything else that should have. Here's a very impressive thing: Bryan accurately estimated a job that someone (who will remain nameless) gave to a company with a lower initial estimate. Not shockingly, when the job was done, the bill was what Bryan quoted from the beginning.
