Chappy came out and discussed my project with me, and said he'd send me an estimate. Nothing. Emailed the office asking them to send and still nothing. This was a hot lead, I was ready to hire them but perhaps the job wasn't big enough so they didn't bother. However, the company I ended up going with quoted $30,000, which doesn't seem like a small job to me.

The owner called me and we set things right. Really appreciated the personal touch of calling me. Original Review: Called for an estimate. They gave me an appointment about a month after I called. They canceled the appointment 4 days before the date that they gave me. Their work is not bad, but their customer service is terrible. There are many many other options.

I had to call and text to get a bid after they visited the property. rThe real issue is that Jason felt that giving a bid that included picking up roses that had been dead headed from the week was too much of an unknown to include in his bid of $220 a week, just for mowing 2500 square feet of grass and not taking away clippings. This is a company that thinks we are in a boom time economy . This is not skilled labor‍and other bidders were eager to do whatever was needed just for a chance. Sometimes I offer to pay more than the contract for someone who works hard and proud. This kind of client facing demeanor is just sad.

The list of issues with the project we paid for is long, so I will share a few key points. First, they did not do what we paid them a significant sum to do. You can find images of the design we agreed to as well as what we ended up with on our Google Review. You can form your own opinion from there. Second, they damaged our brand new fence and refused to reimburse us the $945.00 we had to pay to get it fixed. Third, we requested they remove 2 Facebook posts advertising their business that featured our property. One of the posts included our young child, and it took several requests until they finally removed it. The second post has not been removed as of this date. We hired Steve Santini thinking that his business was well-established and we were willing to pay a higher amount than quoted by others to have the work done properly. Unfortunately, we made a significant mistake. Steve ordered his workers to deviate from the agreed upon design and contractual agreement without consulting us. In the end, we had to hire a different landscaping company to fix what Santini did to our property.
