So we took our brand new vehicle to JR's for 3 m Tape, Undercoating, and Ceramic Coating. The results are beautiful! The vehicle doesn't get dirty as easily in slush, it's like a teflon pan where things slide off. The tape was done really well as for the undercoating, it SEEMS great, but time will tell with this. But regardless there is a good warranty and they will check it and touch it up if it needs anything done. As for the price, we recieved in writing and on our receipt, it was exact. The price was far better than any of the other 4 shops quoted my husband by hundreds of $s. They needed to keep the vehicle for 2 days so each process dried properly and when we picked it up we could not be more pleased. JR walked us around the vehicle, explained how to care for it, gave us a bottle of Graphine to keep up the ceramic coating every two months, (the lady at reception explained exactly how to use it) and they asked us to come back every 1.5 to 2 years to check on the undercoating in case it requires a touch up and to keep the warranty in good standing. We feel the warranties are really good on these processes too. It has been about a month and we feel the quality of work done is really great and the processes look amazing with the vehicle looking really shiny and very clean! Damage was done to the paint and JR's told us it was paint defect and to go talk to the dealership. After consulting the dealer as well as 3 body shops they all confirmed it was from a heat gun or some tool used to apply the front end paint protection. Wouldn't set foot in a place that can't admit when they make a mistake and own up to it. Had they done so I may have a better opinion of this business but as of right now. Not a chance. We did reach out to JR's but never heard back.

I have a Kia Soul that's vinyl-wrapped and wanted to make sure I was bringing my car to a great place that would take good care of it. I knew this business was at their northside location because I had visited Mezo's (nut and coffee roastery - totally delicious!!!) next door, so I took a look at their services and pricing. Their prices for Unlimited Detailing were reasonable compared to some of the other detailing places out there. I was able to get an appointment the same day too. The guys working there (including the owner) were super friendly and did a fantastic job! They got every nook and cranny cleaned up AND I had a big oil spill in my trunk area where my spare tire was. It took them a lot of extra time to clean up that area and I appreciate it so much! The facility is super clean and well-kept. Should be inspected by the county…read more Soap remains in water when on rinse, vacuums barely work (no suction), $1 a minute and several minutes are spent waiting for door to go up, driving in and walking in to pay. I have tried to give my business to this local car wash for last 5 years, even though vehicles have NEVER seemed properly clean, still film on vehicle once home, water does not seem clean, everything is in disrepair and patched together to try to keep working, stalls do not all have functioning equipment and the bottom line is: very poor water quality and vehicle does not come clean. You get home and look at your vehicle and say I need to wash my vehicle. Found out today that they apparently charge to use their poor quality vacuum, but their vacuums do not work! Everything is old and decrepit. I used to quickly blow my windows off and do a quick (poor quality) vacuum of my driver's floor after I paid because the quality of their blower and vacuum is so poor who would ever think there was a charge and many car washes these things are complimentary. Owner walked up to me today for the first time in 5 years and told me they "cannot afford for me or anyone to blow their veh off or vacuum after payment is made". I told him that I don't pay after because the blower barely works and their vacuums don't suck up anything! I said to charge is not fair. I told him that their water has soap in it on the rinse cycle, their blowers don't work and their vacuums are useless. Place is falling apart. He shrugged. I said that I come here only to support a local neighborhood car wash (Nottingham) and I said the place is in complete disrepair and is almost a scam as vehicles do not come clean. He knows I bring all 3 of my vehs to his business at least once a week. Still he tells me their prices are skyrocketing and they cant have anyone doing anything after paying. I said to him that air and vacuum are free at most places and they work amazing. He shrugged and suggested I use the new car wash near Costco. I said back to him, the one where the water is clean and the equipment works and it cost nothing to vacuum? He nodded. I said, "Gladly". Whenever I have told them something seems to not be working, they have always told me to go to another stall and never fixed anything. When you run a ship shod business and yet nickel and dime your loyal customers they will go elsewhere and will write a review. If his business was inspected by Strathcona County as to whether the customer was getting what we paid for, they would fail. I don't like being nickeled and dimed when your product is faulty and unreliable. Shame on you. I will happily go elsewhere. Your business is an eye sore in the community. You don't paint, mow, pull weeds, pave or uplift the neighborhood. You only care about how much money you can make vs how little you can put into your business. I thought you were better than this. YOUR WATER IS NOT CLEAN AND THE VEHICLES DO NOT COME CLEAN.

I took the vehicle to mighty clean auto spa and the owner was incredible. The owner lent my his own vehicle since the lender was already in use, so I could make my Dr appointment. The staff cleaned my car better than any cleaners we had previously used as well for almost 200.00 cheaper!!!! Bubble car wash 8 months before had told me the stain on my husbands seat would never come out and gave me back my vehicle with the stain.
