Less than 30 days!! I went to log in and pay the balance earlier this week, already locked out. Lived there for 3 years, never late on rent, and then this? WTF. Lest I not mention, the elevator in building one is out and has been for some time. They had to move people to other parts of the complex or buy them out of their leases. We had one neighbor with constant rodent issues. I heard numerous complaints from other neighbors regarding the recent snow removal (or lack there of). The gates to the garage are constantly broken. Heather was always a great manager but obviously upper management is BS and pinching pennies. I emplore you, look at private rentals before you try any of these rip off corporate run rentals. As for me...I guess Bell needs this $207 more than I do.

The woman said she could go over pricing and amenities with us (information that we'd already viewed online). She also remarked "I thought you'd call." Why would we call? We were under the impression our tour was confirmed, per the confirmation email. Very frustrating to have wasted such a large portion of our morning. Needless to say, we won't be rescheduling. If this is suitable communication for prospective residents, I can't imagine the standards for communication with existing residents.

Every single day my shower curtains falls down during my shower...every day. The maintenance man, ANTHONY, agreed the tension shower rods are cheap so he told me to buy my own. I pay $3,094 a month. Come on...throw me a bone. 3. The microwave was broken when I came. 4. The dust on the windows in the main bedroom was so dirty! Never touched in years. So gross. 5. The oven bottom storage drawer has built up grime for years. Buying plastic gloves so I can clean. Even grosser. 6. Hot water? No...warm. Even when you ask for the temperature to be raised on the hot water heater. I think I pay for it right? 7. From the guy trying to break in, the front door lock was compromised. The man maintenance person, ANTHONY, signed off it was perfect and never touched it. The second maintenance man said yes, this is not good. He fixed it. I could go on and on. I'm just disappointed. Really disappointed. And parking is horrible. Be ready for door dents from spaces being so tight. My rating is not good.

However, they also entered my apartment, dug through our kitchen for a pen and paper to leave a note about our mailbox. Why do you need to enter my home for a maintenance call OUTSIDE the apartment? Parking is a nightmare. I lived on the crowded side and often had to park near the entrance if I came home after 6 or 7, Sundays were hard to find parking all day. Late night at work? Get home at midnight? Good luck, there won't be a spot. And don't park in a reserved spot (half of the parking is reserved) or they'll tow you without notice. They changed reserved parking areas several times in our 2 years. Woke up at 6 am one morning to see our spot had become reserved, no notice, and the car was gone. No way to get to work or take my daughter to school. Thanks! The apartments themselves were pretty nice. Granite, new appliances, loved the fireplace and master bedroom vanity. The construction was a little shoddy, and you could tell it was rushed. Our balcony was too small to be used and there's not much storage space. In unit laundry was great to have. Neighbors kept to themselves and were friendly in passing. Other than the terrible parking and difficulty getting out onto Spa Rd, my biggest complaint was roaches. Now they weren't there for the first year and a half. But the last 6 months or so, we had to spray and bait our apartment after new neighbors brought their little friends. It was gross. Thank god we were able to drive them back where they came from and we haven't seen any in our new home. Overall, it's not too bad. But I don't miss Annapolis.
