Security at Islip is Fast, the Frontier counter is very friendly as long as you are not asking for free upgrades or free stuff that you should have paid for and the whole team was efficient. I last flew from Islip to Atlanta in December, 2025 and had trouble with my paperwork for my service dog. Queen Everett who is a Frontier employee was kind, helpful and gave me great customer service to clear up the problem and get me, my daughter and my service dog on the plane. I pay the extra $89 and sit in the first 3 rows and with BrzBy access have no problems. Getting around ISP is a breeze and I have never had a problem with the airline. We recognize it flies out only 2 or 3 days a week so when you pick a provider like this, you are accepting the in herent risks that are associated. Recommend the airline, would just hope that they upgrade in the facilities near gates A1 and A2 - coffee kiosk or something.

My boyfriend also flew with American Airlines earlier this year in January and had a very similar situation. His flight did not end up getting cancelled but it was delayed 6 hours due to malfunctions with the plane he was supposed to be flying. This is unacceptable and I do NOT recommend using this airline if you want a smooth, fast and easy trip.

She even wished my husband a speedy recovery and I truly appreciated that! It is nice when the airlines work with you. I have never had a problem with this airline, and I have flown several times.

I had to call them. They had the wrong address for pick up in the system so it was good I called ahead. The taxi arrived LATE. The driver was very friendly. When I called for from airport week later dispatch again was awful. I was told they'd be there in 15 minutes had to call twice since they did not show. It took them close to an hour to show. With both calls it was very unclear, having to constantly say we have bad connection please repeat. If they don't fix issues with their dispatch service they will lose many customers.
