From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind.
