The staff is amazing. Jolene is the office manager. She's very professional and always resolves any issues that I bring to her in a timely manner Yesi is new to our office in the last year. She worked at another property and she's amazing. She's friendly. She's always calls me miss never first name basis very very professional. I was reading a few comments about the property and I wanted to clear a few things up as a resident for the last 5 1/2 years Olive is a clean and quiet property I've never had any packages stolen off my porch. I have my own private yard I have two fruit trees. I feed birds so once in a while, I will see a rodent because they want to eat the fruit from the fruit trees or the bird food. I made call and they had no problem coming out and setting up a trap. I will say for those of you that are new to Arizona or small home or apartment living. You're gonna see rodents. It's a part of Arizona. They're called roof rats. If you have pets they take food outside or if you have fruit trees, or if you feed the birds it's just something that we have in Arizona now people are gonna say it's because Property is dirty. nope that's not the truth because I'm a private nurse in $1 million home and they also have a problem with rodents . I've never had any in my home. I've never had a bug problem. I've never had any kind of issues with since I've been here for the last 5 1/2 years except we were having an issue with our front pool and outside kids jumping the fence and causing damage, but they took care of that we have security I've seen him many times in the evening. He makes sure that the pool is on closed on time and make sure that there's nobody there without a pool pass. I guess my problem is when I see people come on and complain about our office staff maintenance staff or about our property in a hole is this if you don't like it then leave the same with anybody I tell if they don't like the car they drive get another if they don't like the job they're at get a new job if you don't like the house you live sell it move whatever but if you choose to complain and you're unhappy, then move Every place has issues that's life. It's how we navigate through those issues that make our living enjoyable .Reviews are just that we give our personal opinion on how we feel about the food we eat at a restaurant or the service we get out of company or where we choose to rent, but to get on and constantly be belittling people in the office or complain about the property then maybe it's time you move somewhere where you can be more happy and more content.

Despite leaving the unit spotless and being told everything looked great besides carpet, I was still overcharged with unjustified fees with no documentation to support it. Throughout my stay, I raised multiple complaints about trash piling up in common areas and balconies -- including tires and other debris. Nothing changed. Security was nonexistent when needed, and management consistently showed a lack of concern or accountability. Most of the EV chargers were broken. The property looks great from the leasing office to the pool, but beyond that, you start to see the evidence that it's all for show -- poor maintenance, ignored complaints, and a lack of real care for residents. This place markets itself as "luxury," but it's far from it. If you're considering renting here, I strongly recommend looking into nearby home rental communities. Rather than replacing it or fixing it properly, they kept patching it up, leaving me with an unreliable appliance the entire time I lived there. To make matters worse, they first sent me a statement claiming everything was finalized, then later said the unit was still being worked on. How can it be final if the story keeps changing? I turned in my keys on August 11th, and they were already past the legal timeframe to return or account for my deposit. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and fairness is unacceptable. If you value your deposit and want honest communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The communication from the office has been extremely poor and often contradictory. On 8/18, I was told that a replacement A/C had been approved and they were simply waiting for an installation date. Then on 8/19, a completely different vendor showed up -- not to install anything, but to provide another quote, which means installation was never actually scheduled. We are now more than a week into extreme heat with no functioning A/C, no timeline, and no clear communication. We cannot cook because it raises the temperature even more, so we've had to order food daily. This situation has been unsafe, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

I just do not recommend Mark-Taylor. Too expensive. They charge too many fees.
