We wanted the best prices/quality, but we believe we had an amazing experience and product because they are a small local business and they cared about making customers happy and could be flexible. We went with WPC flooring bc it was best quality and we were surprised we had not heard about WPC from the stores we browsed. I was impressed they let us take the large flooring display with us to have a big sample to determine what flooring would look best in our area. Customer Service is exceptional and even enjoyable, staff is funny, they took some of the stress out of a large purchase. The owner was patient and light heartedly informative dealing with our 100 questions and uncertainties and responded quickly every time we reached out. They don't upsale, we didn't want to be stuck with a flooring we hated. The owner James was honest about what products would not fit our needs. James had remarkable experience and provided us with DIY installation tips. His team came on site to take measurements and ensure we had the right quantity. We truly were delighted and impressed with all aspects of how they do business and the quality flooring and asked them for recommendation for on counters and tile and were happy to know they are now providing those options. They connected us wOith their counter top distributors in LA and Sacramento to be able to see the counters in large display he arranged the sale and delivery.

We initially planned on going with laminate, but he recommended LVP--and we couldn't be happier that we listened. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated. We are so happy we no longer have carpet in the house. It makes such a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with how everything turned out.
