I had a very arrogant woman deal with me when purchasing my fish who was very rude and basically treated me like I was a complete novice to the hobby even though I have 6 fish tanks. Oh and two nights ago I bought worms (out of a fridge) that were already stinking and rotting by the time I got home. The only reason they are getting two stars and not one is because they have amazing customer service that was willing to help with any issues I've had but this amount of issues is unacceptable and I won't be shopping here any longer

I asked why they did not mention the fact that our tank is not suitable for fish particularly for beginners. The lady said they are trained to sell all fish tank sizes. Seriously shady to sell us a tank with 3 fish when you know that the fish won't survive. I guess you are counting on us to return every couple of weeks to buy more fish.
