I called desperately last minute for a haircut because I'm an overstimulated mom so I forget daily. I called and spoke with Rachel. she took time out during work to ask around if anyone can accommodate me same day. She called me back and said she could. I went in at the agreed time for a cut. Plenty of parking space with the inside clean and spacious. I have textured hair and she did a great job managing it. Thank god she suggested a quick toner because I walked out so happy and so appreciative of her! Rachel and her coworker are so friendly. Pricing for cut and tone was $110 . She also blow dried and curled my hair , not sure if that was part of the price. But I felt everything was reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Eye Brow Threading Review: I spoke with the lady about the problems I've been having over the years with ppl trying to round and thin my brows. Usually takes me a few months to grow out my right brow. Told her I specifically wanted to grow and maintain arches and no thin brows. She said at first they would look uneven which I understood as I knew one was higher than the other and agreed to proceed. After two months of growing them out I finally went back to get them cleaned up but I'm very disappointed and sad to say it was a BIG mistake. Coming in with full grown brows that turned into this. I got my haircut here and it was awful. It looked cute at the salon then when I washed it at home the first time and flat ironed it, I could see all the mistakes they made! It looks as if someone took scissors to the back of my head and just snipped, no blending in or anything, and it was so short and uneven that it couldn't be fixed!! Loved her so much that when the other salon closed, I followed her to Panache, and if she ever leaves, I'll probably follow her again! She has been cutting my hair for more than 17 years. Love Maria at Panache hair design, cannot count the years I have been going to her. She is friendly, funny, and knows what she does. She is always busy and has a large clientele. The salon is clean, in a great area, plenty of parking, and a restaurant one door down and a cleaners. Also Maria is in better shape then I am and works out regularly with a trainer. This review is about my beautiful sister in law, who had her hair colored by a "stylist" (Carmen). I arrived home from a long day at work to see my sister in law so visibly upset with the treatment and unprofessionalism Carmen had displayed while she was having her hair treated and colored. My sister in law had one objective and that was to get her hair a color that she wanted . The color was described and shown to Carmen, a picture that clearly shows what was to be achieved. Carmen took four hours to dye my sister's hair from 11am to 3pm. The roots were still visible, highlights not the color..."toner" applied to her hair but wasn't told that it would be an additional price. My sister in law inquired how much it would cost to trim her bangs. Carmen stated it will cost $45 dollars since it's the same amount of work but just a smaller amount of her hair. Huh? Based on what my sister in law was telling me. That right from the start of the visit Carmen seemed uninterested to hear what she wanted. I understand jumping in between clients but it seemed that she was neglected or ignored during the processing and had to be reminded by the client after an hour to check the foils. My sister was worried that her hair would fry. At the end of the visit, her hair wasn't styled, it was still wet and was basically the same color that I saw before I left for work. To sum it up: Please stay away from Carmen, She is unprofessional, doesn't listen to the client, rude and throws in addittional treatments without informing the client that it would add to the cost. incident : 4/13/13 It would be nice that the owner or the salon or manager read more
