When I questioned the need for additional X-rays, they continued pushing for them and ultimately refused to perform my scheduled teeth cleaning because I declined. Another concern is the constant staff turnover. Over the years, I've had three different hygienists, which makes the office feel very inconsistent and unorganized. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling services than patient care. I'll definitely be finding a new dentist.
